No gifting feature made me cancel trial
I signed up for a trial because I thought the fees would be worth the added features of gift giving from family through the app. As soon as I signed up it was displayed that gift giving is disabled until this summer.
Without this feature I will just set up an account through my financial institution with the same features and lower fees. Hoping this feature comes back earlier.

Grossly Incompetent Support Team with ID verification
I had submitted my passport, driver’s license, and SSN card multiple times in this app and have made sure that the photo was clear EACH AND EVERY one of the 7+ times I submitted it. However, on the SINGLE instance that the photos were approved, the support team contacts me later to say they rejected it. This was after I expressed my concerns about the ID verification with them previously and experienced long wait times and they had little to say.
If they ever verify my account I will update this review, but until then I have to stand by my recommendation that this app is HORRIBLE due to grossly incompetent customer service. If they won’t even take my money in the app why should I bother doing business with them?????Show lessStableGenius22

This app is great, as I can set up monthly deposits, and forget about it. Also, I am able to have family and friends gift deposits in leu of toys, and other gifts that my child has already received too many of. My 2 and 4 year old already have thousands in their account.zaidenb
SCAM!
Scam, I initiated a withdrawal 2 months ago and to close the account, sent them bank account info and everything they requested. 2 months later and money is still in securities in account and they are telling me I am getting a paper check. Why would I send my bank account info for a paper check? Why would it take 2 months and counting to sell and send a check? It take 5-7 days to sell stock and receive a check through my Edward jones account. Do yourself a favor and pass on this company, the customer service is horrible and you may never get your money back like I’m dealing with!Show lessdtr8013

This app I been using for almost a year and I am pleased to say it's a easy way to have control of your money. I would love to have the option to have fractions buying and an individual investment account that I can add my self. But I love the simplicity of the app.Rosanna Leuschke
Great application
The app is great. The only issue I have with it is that on the highlight screen it shows an 'estimated tax savings'. That is for one tax scenario and has nothing to do with mine. I'd rather that show the amount of 'tax loss harvested' and I can figure the savings according to my taxes.Wilderman Marian

Very helpful tool to manage your money, can manage all your accounts easily from one app, can set up budgets which is really helpful and start investing of you're new to it they have tools to manage it and teach you what to do. I have been waiting for this app! It's even better than I imagined. The ease of access and visibility is great. My favorite feature is the Learn function. I'm big on lists and love the email course concept. And having coaching right at your fingertips is even better. I haven't had any issues using the app so far. I will say there are functions that aren't available in the app vs. The mobile site/desktop site, but I can see why. Highly recommend the app and of courseShow lessHortense Bernier

buying stocks is so easy for my kids when it only takes a few dollars here and there ... it all really adds up and means a lot to the kids when they are older and might need the money for something important. they'll keep a lot of lessons from the experiencePagac Walker

So far I like the app. I'm investing in my kids using loved lol I'm not sure who came up with the name 😂. It makes sense for every parents with kids should invest in their kids future buying stocks for your kids is big. I'm a big investor I also use webull, Robin Hood, Charles Schwab investments account for my investment.
