Not recommended!

Ever since I got this app the internet connection to my MacBook has been terrible. And there is no customer service. It directs me to my internet provider, but my internet provider says they can’t help me and to contact the app. So no, don’t use this app. Save yourself the trouble.

Helpful but it would be nice if it gave more information!

I love how it protect the wireless activity in the house. However, if there was more information on who or what was a threat to our internet… Maybe I could stop it or know what devices are connecting to the internet. But it just hands out numbers so how can I react? I’m always asking the kids if it’s them. A name on the device and not just some cereal number would be much more helpful .

Doesn’t work in UK

Supplied by provider, app does not work in UK

There are issues but..

If you have a Calix WiG, get this. It’s easier and quicker to use than route control and even remote dedicated control.

It has quality of life issues, mainly replacing devices by making you start a new account.

With that said, they do seem to listen to feedback quickly, before the new update I had a few complaints, I submitted suggestions (and I’m assuming other user did too) and now those are fixed. So it seems the developers listen and push useful features. This the 5 star rating.

Can’t log in and locked out of devices, yet again.

This app is great…when it works. Today I have been unable to log into my account yet again. I can’t unpause my kid’s devices for the long weekend. I have the update. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. I’ve rebooted my phone. I’ve restarted my router. I’ve tried to access our Command IQ account from a different device. Each time the same result. I cannot log into our account. I don’t even get an error message. It just does nothing when you hit log in. There’s zero tech support. This is the second time this has happened to us. I really hate this app. We need a new router ASAP.

Some devices aren’t showing even though connected

I have over 20 devices connected but only about 15 show and the 15th is cut off in the application. I can see all the devices when logged into the EXOS GUI or when at work through the Calix Cloud GUI. Appears to be an issue specific to CommandIQ

It’s ok

It could be better. I have had other apps that give you more ability to change, modify and configure.

Very useful

Takes the guess work out. Makes life simpler. 😊

Y’all broke it

App wasn’t the greatest but it worked before this last update. Now can’t see my full list and when I try sorting it, it just crashes. I’ve uninstalled and installed the app, still does the same thing. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

Crash Issue

App crashes almost every time I hit the sort by type. Also, when you have over 15 devices connected to your network, the last one in the list is cut off by the menu at the bottom.
