The Calix App is simply the best I have ever used!
With my GoPioneer 1Gig Fiber the ability to manage my Router and all 4 Satellites in one App, I have never had a a better experience and I’m consistently getting a reliable and fast connection throughout my home! Thank you Calix for making a great App!
Hate it
Was forced on me when I upgraded to fibre internet. I had a mesh network setup and now I have less control over my network and things connecting to different nodes so I can’t see printers and other network devices. Tried to add a mesh network but I’d have to buy more of their routers. Effectively making my $600+ mesh network useless.
I hate the app, it’s so user friendly with nice little images but you can’t control anything.

Horrible!!
For no reason the app cleared my login credentials. Now I’m unable to login. I’ve been going through the password reset steps and never get an email. I try setting up my account and it says my email is already in use. There’s no support link or documentation for how to resolve. As a systems engineer whose soul purpose is to create user facing tools for a retail giant I can’t believe this is what’s available. This tells me this company is severely lacking and unaware in user facing support.

Locked out my devices
This app messed up our internet, and I don’t know how to fix it. I can’t find any place for customer support to try and get help. Many of my devices are now locked out of internet, or as the app says, paused, but there’s no way for me to fix it! Very frustrating, and now I’m off to find a better router with a more user friendly app…

Can’t connect
Update 03/22 - My internet provider keeps pushing this app so I tried again. Still “unable to connect.” Absolutely useless. Contacting my internet provider to stop pushing this app.
After trying about once a month for the last 8 months and after updates to the app still getting “we are unable to connect at this time. Please try again later” message. Uninstalling, app is unusable.

App works decently well!
The CommandIQ app works well with our internet provider/modem. Easy to use, easy to set up, and easy to toggle through and change system information when needed. I especially like when a new device is added to our wifi network, it alerts me on my phone via this app! So we are always aware of whose connected!

Multiple problems with app
Once a device is paused, it still stays paused after you unpause it. Keeps returning to paused status. Also, newly added devices do not show up in the “Things” list. Have logged out and uninstalled/reinstalled without success.
Terrible app
This app doesn’t show devices that are actuall online, doesn’t allow you to delete unknown devices. Doesn’t allow you to restart the router…. There are so many things other router apps can do that this one does not
Frozen
My sons PlayStation is locked out. It is frozen and it says it’s on but the WiFi isn’t working for it. It’s been days and It still won’t un freeze for any of my devices. I’ve tried all the instructions
App not working
Yesterday in the middle of watching some thing my Internet connection was shut off to that device it shows on the app that it’s connected but I have no Internet on any of my devices now new ones can connect is there a way to delete the system and restart it?
