Why must I take time out of my day to keep up with this app ? My settings are on to track our 2 vehicles always 24 hours a day. No one drives our vehicles but us . Still I get text saying “ haven’t heard from you in 4 days, please confirm who is driving “ I pay good money for auto insurance but I did not sign up for another full time job!Show lessSon of yogi bear

Phone Objection
My only objection to this Survey is the phone portion. My pickup is totally Hans free except for the initial button. If I have a passenger am I not supposed to talk with them . I think a passenger is more of a distraction . Human nature you’ll want to make eye contact with the person in the Vehicle .Show lessDave the card shark
Unfair
I’m probably not the only one this has happened to but appears that the app tracks my phone use of my GPS usage. On occasion a client will call me to set up a pick up point and I have hands-free availability through my car system. If I were actually picking up the phone to either text or talk on it for conversations then I could see how the app would be critical of my usage. But I am extremely careful and actually train other drivers/chauffeurs in driving habits using minimal phone usage with hands-free devices. The fact that my phone is on does not mean I’m talking on it with it in my hand.Show lessimyourchauffeur

The Phone Habits score measures the likelihood of an accident based on phone usage, even if you are using it hands-free. It is only one of several scores. Other scores include Speed, Time and Day, Smooth Driving (Sudden Acceleration and Harsh Braking), and Trip Duration. Don’t even think about using your steering wheel to change songs via Bluetooth! That’s going to count against you! It’s literally the only phone engaged activity I do and it’s considering my phone being used. Also if someone happens to call you and you pick it up over your car’s Bluetooth system you will be dinged for that too. It’ll even show you where on the map you picked up and ended the call. The smooth driving is wildly inaccurate as well.Show lessj1e2s

This app works fine. Sometimes takes a while to load drives. But I do not like how every little thing is marked against you. Going down a steep hill is seen as a fast acceleration and you are marked down. I the app can only do so much with the technology of the phone, but I wish there was a way to take things like that and other circumstances involving other drivers into consideration.

An update to the last review
I finally got off hold after an hour, spoke to somebody to fix the exact issue that I had another day, she told me that I needed to restart my phone and try again even though the person who I spoke to yesterday for the exact issue went into the system and fixed it. So clearly some of your workers are more competent than others. I’m now deleting this app because the discount isn’t worth all the hoops I need to jump through, and I’m not waiting on hold for another hour for a service rep who may or may not know how to do their job.Show lessRigibihi

This is an app that’s required and it only knows if your the driver by changing it yourself which means it should be a lot better quality or they should come up with something thats connects in your car like Progressive. Half the time things don’t load so you can change it until after 24 and after that if you need to change it to passenger you have to call them to have them change it. Not sure why there just can’t be an option to dispute it in the app and have them change it that way. Overall it needs a lot of help.Show lessTwerkinformatt

Thank you for your suggestion on how to improve the app. If your trips aren't loading, please let us know so that we can resolve the issue. If you aren't driving, you can also open the app as a passenger and indicate you are not driving while the trip is in progress.Excellent driving tool
