Thanksyou so much for creating this application- can listening to us Avam- when we do any complain with citizens pirtal- and they send forward to the interested department- then they really take seriously and come in action-
I done complain - and interested department called me and discussed with me issue within 7 day of my file opening-
Thanks to imran khan he had idea to creat this application- hope he become leader again so we can more have opportunities to contact and files over complain- and we know when his hakumat will finish maybe there will be no on to hear usShow lessJust signal problem
Efficient and interactive
Very happy to see such port exists where you are able to file complaints from overseas. I would like to see the results and then definitively write another review about the efficacy

NO RESPONSE BY ANY OFFICIAL
Nothing new. Well known to us overseas Pakistanis that there won’t be any action or response to complaints or feedback. Hopeless government and waste of our precious time. Why should we complaint when there is no action. Ridiculously lethargic typical government even worst than the previous ones. God will not help the people of this country till nasty approach turns to service and honesty. Shameless officers of pakistan government.

No action on my complaint
I made a complaint on Citizen Portal in October 2019 about the High court of Sindh with the understanding that I will get some sort of response in 45 days but to no avail.
I made a second complaint regarding the first complaint that no action has been taken. Rather than giving me an answer my second complaint was binned stating this is the same complaint. I then made a third complaint that was binned as well giving the same reason.
My actual complaint was about my case in the High Court of Sindh. Some how it ended up on the table of Chief of Army staff and is sitting there for almost 4 months without any action. I personally feel that the army chief can’t do any thing in it as it is a civil litigation. (Though the property is in DHA Karachi)
Please have some sensible people on the desk who handle the complaints so that it is moved / sent in the right direction. There should also be some sort of explanation as to why is it taking so long to resolve.

Good portal for speedy resolution.
But little bit problem here, which is that we submit our complaints, system forward our complaints to relevant person and the person have full rights to close our complaints or to drop it without our satisfaction, how the management will judge that the complaints which was submitted get resolved or not and the complainers are satisfied with the resolution or not. There should be a right reserved for users as well to reopen same complaints until get satisfactory answers or responses from the relevant organisations. Tremendous increase in food items
Dear prime minster
It is my humble request that you can control the unnatural increase in prices by by the traders of their own, is only because the price control committees are not in functional in any province.
You should revamp this price control committees and each member be given the support of a RANGERS constable to monitor the markets on a daily basis,if you have to bring some new law do it.
Also advertise on one or some or all TV channels ,the daily rates of essential commodities such as Ata,ghee,Chagall,Cheeni,aalo,piaz,timatar,hari mirach,so that the propaganda on TV FOR INCREASING of prices be controlled,because what we see on TV is not correct information,the people will know the actual daily prices in major cities as karachi,lahore,multan,Faisalabad,Islamabad,Peshawar
and any one caught selling above the prices given on TV by concerned departments,should be punished severely without discrimination.
Being a well wisher I also suggest to consider prices of gas and electricity.

Crash issues in app
The app open quickly & works good but when you click open complain or total complain or even message icon then it’s suddenly crashed again & again. Even i deleted the app & install again but still remain this problem in it. Kindly fix it as soon as possible.Ammy1122
Unable to scroll down
When the complaint is resolved and you try to read the reason given, the full statement cannot be read bc the app doesn’t allow you to scroll down.bluetag$8
