Love the courses but…
…the app video quality is not as good as in browser for me and there are lots of errors in the subtitles, which makes things tricky when learning about something with specific terminology and you can’t use logic to figure out what the correct translation would be. Also, it’s a bit tricky when some courses use visual presentations and the text isn’t translated. I’ll translate it myself but it’s time consuming, especially when doing a course that’s free for a limited time.Show lessReluctant_Reviewer_18
Good but would appreciate improvements
Steady app, doesn’t crush. I’d gladly give it 5 stars but the app heavily lacks improvement in My courses section, for example like filters tool so one can filter out completed courses from currently watching/unfinished ones from freshly purchased etc.. maybe possibly of creating some folds/lists for My Courses… also would be nice to be able to see the course metrics/stats like total duration of a course (1h45min, 3h etc..), to leave a review… Wound highly appreciate a possibility of fast forwarding a lesson/vid by simply tapping on either sides (1 tap equals 10 secs, 3 fast taps = 30 secs, etc), or at least being able to hold and drag the… dot(?) on the video progress bar in full/horizontal view mode without picking up the entire screen with the app together as if I’m trying to minimize the app or close it all together when I’m simply trying to fast forward or to rewatch a segment… thank you!Show lessYuliaCima

I have a tv in the room where I paint. I would like to follow along with the classes but the app doesn’t allow for airplay. Screen mirroring drains phone battery so is not practical. My solution is to go to the website, but the app is much better organized, and loads faster.musiclvr58

Brilliant but stick to your native language and app so so.
The courses are brilliant value that’s the main message. Great technical production, lighting, sound etc. the problem with the classes is that the language barrier is steep, the instructors talk at their native pace and it’s all but impossible to read the translation and watch the video. It’s much harder on the app as you have to hit the screen twice to pause it and you have to hit the very middle of the screen. Guys, make it so one tap anywhere on the screen stops the video (perhaps that’s an option?. As for the translation, it’s pretty good but on highly technical aspects it’s still a bit off. But again, the classes are outstanding value and really well structured and produced. They are brilliant at getting great artists who are also great teachers. Well done!!!Show lessStraight2
The latest iPad update keeps crashing.
It was fine for a while and then it suddenly died. And I can’t get back in. I’ve rebooted the iPad several times and it’s very annoying. Wanted to let somebody know and tried to send in the error report but that keeps crashing too and the report won’t go through. I hope this gets to the developers and you make the fix happen soon. I love this app so much. I have been diagnosed with ptsd and have found that art therapy is essential to recovery. Domestika courses are the cheapest therapy ever! The app allows me to learn from so many different beautiful and intelligent people from all around the world. I am also picking up a tiny bit of Spanish and have been inspired to take Spanish lessons with my little ones! 🥰Show lessLibby.727
Bad direction. App went woke and now it’s broke.
Jokes aside I’ve been a customer of this company for a long time and this latest version of the app 255.1 is the first time you added politics. You brought in the lgbtq+ flag to virtue signal you are on support of the trans agenda and the grooming of children. I can no longer do new business with you.
Also your new flag bearing app is broken. It throws a Java error out the gate for checking to see if I’m human and then just cycles when it finally does decide to load. It is garbage.Show lessShandy_JG
