$1 ride became $110 ride/ credit card nightmare
BAIT & SWITCH… In response to the developers Response- after receiving over $110 in charges for a 14 min ride- I had to cancel my credit card & make multiple calls and emails to try to get a response from this company. I was left with a $15 and $9 charge on my card. Considering their app stated a $1 ride and $8 parking fee I hardly consider it resolved. Plus in what world is that level of effort a resolution when dealing with your company? Ultimately, this is a bait and switch and you cannot trust the price they list. In my case $9 turned into $110 with no hint / no screen grabs from the app show anything remotely close to this. Based on reviews left after me, this practice of racking up charges on card’s astronomically higher than stated hasn’t stopped. I recommend reading REDDIT forums about this. I went on vacation to Daytona beach my kids wanted to ride scooter ok so I got 2 scooters the first scooter was not working so I got another one so they still charged me for 3 scooters even tho we only rode with 2 an we put the scooters back 45 mins later they didn’t even ride whole hour an I was charged a whole hour so 2 weeks later once we was home they charged me all together 6 transactions for parking fees it says we didn’t. Park the scooter back in right spots but we took scooters back were we pick them up at all together it was $30 something dolllars a week after that again 6 transactions for parking fees an $30 something dollars an I try to get hold of these people an can’t get through I’ve left messages an sent request for somebody ro calll me finally I had to call my bank to put a block on them so they can’t take no more money highly would not recommend this app for scootersShow lessBrittbrat8538

I would not recommend riding this because even though it may be fun it is not satisfactory when it charges you me being a tourist in Daytona beach FL Going down for a drill competition my instructor see’s these scooters and him trying to make this an even more fun experience he recommends us riding these scooters and me liking to do fun things I first try to pay with my Apple Card and it declines and I have money on this card. I then try my cash app card it also canceled so I try my bank card and it goes through and I was satisfied because it was fun as I have said I have never seen a scooters around where I’m from so I did not know that it was charging me per mile I thought it was 1 dollar for 24 miles and had fun with it. The next day my bank alerts me that this company is taking hundreds of dollars from my account then it took like 40 dollars from me plus another 20 dollars me being out of town as a teenager I was robbed of a fun time due to these scooters and their scam. I also tried to talk to there help bots and it does not respond at all it was not of much help save yourself from the distress!!Show lessAsia🕷️

Downloaded the app and rented a scooter in Las Vegas. First of all the pricing adervtised seemed very low, something like $1 for 15 minutes. After riding for about 15 minutes I arrived at my destination and went to stop the ride. The app informed me that if the scooter was not parked in a designated location, I would be charged an $8 parking fee. Nowhere was it advertised that it had to be parked in a designated location. But it gets worse. I was charged over $17 for the ride which seemed high based on the rates advertised, but given the parking fee of $8 it seemed reasonable. The next day, I was charged a parking fee of $100!!! I even went back through the terms and conditions included in the app and could find no clauses regarding these parking fees. This also happened to a partner who took the same ride with me on another scooter, but their fees were broken up into 6-8 different amounts which made no sense.

DO NOT RIDE. They will state one price and charge you much more or send you random charges long after your ride. I have reported them to the Las Vegas business bureau and there is an ONGOING INVESTIGATION into this business. Online posts show MANY people have had issues with random charges, inflated charges and other sketchy business dealings. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I rode for exactly 14 min and 5 seconds and now have $120 in charges (some from the day after). The app showed an 8 dollar parking fee at time of parking because we did not go to a designated spot. The app also claimed 1 dollar for the first 5 minutes. My partner saw the same thing and received a 100 dollar parking fee after paying 17 for the ride plus parking the first day. I have marked these charges as fraud on my card. For 15 minutes we paid nearly 250 dollars at this point - we should have gotten a limo at that price.Show lessDeveloper Response

Fun time in Hawaii
My partner and I rode these scooters and had a blast riding around Waikiki. It was super convenient as well as enjoyable. We felt like kids again! We liked how you could lock the scooter in the case you needed to park it and leave it for a little. For example, we had to stop by a grocery store to pick something up so we parked our scooters and locked them with the app. This ensured no one could steal them. There was a deal going on that same day too, that we appreciated very much as we had spent a lot on transportation on our vacation. Thank you! We look forward to riding again. :)Show lessMoneymeg1
Huge Scam - don’t use!
Got charged fees over 1 year after using the scooters. They claimed that we were undercharged. Looking online, many people have been charged this. Big scam and no one is responding from their support team.VHtoto15
