Great app - charged 100 dollars for parking outside of zone
I enjoyed the ride - daily rate was fair. But a day later was charged 100 bucks for parking two scooters outside of the zone ( had definitely parked in the right zone there were ten other go x scooters there). Waiting for response from companylarno12
Worst Scooter Rental
This is the worst scooter rental service in existence. The scooters are all broken and in horrible condition. Half of them are not charged. After renting a couple of scooters with my wife to drive down the beach strip, we had to return them by our hotel and we’re charged an extra $10 fee because they were not returned in the proper area. So I reactivated the scooters to bring them to the area where they were supposed to be dropped off, and was still charged a $10 fee for each scooter for leaving them outside our hotel. Whenever I have rented a scooter from a different service, I have been able to leave it wherever my ride ends. It’s an extreme inconvenience that I had to take the scooter back to a designated area. never renting from this company again.Show lessjasonblitz
Poor scooter geolocation and condition
I rode their scooter for the first time in Waikiki, Hawaii and the scooter I got was in very poor condition. The wheels were very dented and misshaped so my entire ride was so bumpy that my hands were numb after the ride. To makes matters worse, I parked the scooter at their designated parking location but I later received an additional $15 charge on my account for parking outside the parking zone. Upon checking my ride history in app, my ride history route was completely off. It said I parked somewhere that was way completely different from where I actually parked.
Stay away from this. You’re better off getting a Uber or Lyft ride.Show lessXeraya
Awesome alternative to a short commute
App is good, system in general genius! Only complaint is the people who uses them have no common sense, particularly around UCLA campus... they leave their “Go X s”anywhere!!! Maybe should have a sign that says: Use fckng common sense! Don’t leave it blocking driveways, walk paths or stairs way!!! Love Go X
Easy to begin and use however, it is difficult to stop an adventure. I was charged five extra minutes simply because I tried to use the app to unlock my scooter and then end the ride. I was impressed by its user-friendliness and the convenience it provides all over town however I'm not likely to go back to it until I can find an easier method to end rides without charging me for an app problem.Show lessPittuvbo
Return back to campus!
I drove around to find us Go X and it was way off campus from where it should have been, so I loaded it in my car after unlocking it brought it back to MSU then re-unlocked it and took it for a spin. I thought this would be OK to do, since I am a registered charger. I can’t charge the scooters yet, because I haven’t received my chargers yet, but I can’t wait to start making money. Easy
I think I need to quit making fun of people who ride scooters today. The scooters are among the top of the various rental options I've had and the customer service is great. It would be great to have the app notify you via your phone whenever you park and then leave, and then forget to finish the trip. I still dig Go XShow lessZakeia MacGilrewywmqd
Never rent from a bike shop again!!
This was SO easy. We rode all ali g the water near downtown Seattle. So easy. Baskets to carry back packs. Later only a mile from a mariners game but tired by now so we chose the electric bikes that get you there fast and effortlessly and that was a great option! Yikes.
Not sure how this has 4.9/5 stars. The scooters are almost never in the locations as they appear on the map and a lot pop up ON my local 65 mph 4 lane freeway, per the app.
Without exaggeration, I spent over an hour driving around to find one of these scooters. After driving to 5 locations, I had found that two appeared to have scooters. In both situations, the scooters were being hoarded (not charging) and on personal property.
I understand getting inventory stolen would be a difficult thing to track for a company like this but something’s got to be done.Show lessVioletWeav
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE GO X SCOOTERS!
They were definitely highlight of my trip to Hawaii. I used to travel to all places around the island like downtown Honolulu, Waikiki Beach, Kahala Resort, Diamond Head and so on. Honestly, it’s probably one of the coolest and most fun ways to explore the city.
I initially got the package where I would pay by the minute, but quickly switched to a weekly pass as I almost spent $100 riding these the first day. I recommend anyone who loves scooters to just buy weekly, monthly or even daily pass as it comes out to a much better rate than if you were paying by the minute.
The one thing I didn’t like about these is that we had to return them to designated locations, but I didn’t mind it because Shoreline Hotel where I was staying at had them in their lobby, so it was very convenient for me to use them. Yes, it’s definitely different from Bird or Lime, but it worked out great for me.
