  • Avoid in Waikiki - Overpriced and terrible ride

This was terrible in Waikiki Beach. Bounced so much that I couldn’t see while having to ride among cars and aching in my head, jaws and shoulders from the ride; absolutely no shock absorption. No where to put a phone for navigation so your phone bounces around in the cup holder, and you cannot use only one hand on this thing. Push off is so unsafe and unreliable having to ride in the roads. Extremely over priced at $1 per minute, we went 1.5 miles and it was $30 for the 2 of us, way cheaper and less dangerous to ride share or drive & park. Then the scooter locked up started yelling at me it was going to call the police for walking it across the road to a designated parking lot, so we had to pick up and carry this heavy scooter to walk directly across from where you have to leave it because you can’t friggen drive a scooter straight into oncoming traffic to park it. We gave up and finished walking, the absolute worst scooter experience I’ve ever had by far.

  • Terrible app and no customer support

The app wouldn’t let me rent multiple scooters. Scooter didn’t actually lock when I ended in the app. I was in the right place but it took 7 minutes for the scooter to finally say it wasn’t in use. Customer support still hasn’t responded to my chat help session after 45 minutes
  • Not worth it

If you search for the 1 star review you will find the same complains. I should have look it up before I rent one. The only scooter I rent so far that you have to park on a specific spot, that normally isn’t near where you need to go, all other scooters around the country you can park anywhere what makes it easier. Also, they don’t tell you before you park that you will pay a fee if you don’t park on their locations. They text you after and them it is too late cuz you will need to pay again and go find the spot and have to walk to your destination so why I rent it? Also, not the best quality, the phone holder is very bad have to hold my phone in the holder to not drop it again. Well, lesson learned and app deleted!

  • SCAM ALERT IN NEW ORLEANS- BEWARE

SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT!!!!
The scam is very obvious. These scooters are designed to display a certain mileage either on the screen attached to the scooter or in the mobile app. Very often, a scooter’s mileage displayed on its screen will differ slightly from its mileage listed on the app.
On three separate occasions, I rented a scooter with over 10 miles of mileage remaining.
On each occasion, the scooters died after less than 3 miles of use. When a scooter dies unexpectedly, the customer is forced to leave it wherever it dies, which 99% of the time is not in a designated hub.
When you leave one of the scooters outside of a designated hub, you are charged $10, sometimes $50.
So the scam is, make someone think they’re going to be able to make an entire trip and return the scooter from where they found it, but really they will not make it halfway through their trip & will automatically be charged $10-$50 for leaving it exactly where it dies.
    This is in New Orleans.
I don’t know how this app works in other places, but here it is quite obviously a scam, and one of the worst I have seen.

  • Bad rates

VERY expensive compared to any other brand. Also, scooters must be returned back to certain areas which makes it less flexible as a mode of transit.
  • Awesome experience… first hand go to do in Hawaii

    Awesome
  • Unclear UI

Charged extra for not parking in the “right” place. I thought that I did. The UI should warn you when you do this.
  • Fun to ride; terrible app and customer service

My daughter and I rented the scooters on vacation. A bit rickety, but overall fun to ride. We checked the map on the app, but when it came time to return them, none of the locations had signage, other scooters, or any way to know for sure we were at the right spot. We did discover a photo after several attempts to ensure we were leaving them in the correct location. Even the photo didn’t designate exactly where to park them, just showed a photo of a business. Later, we received a text that we had we ended the ride before we parked in the correct location and my card was charged $20. Makes no sense. We ended the ride at the location on the map, but moved the scooter a couple of feet so it would be in a safer spot. We have reached out via chat, as there is no way to call and speak to a human. They are not responding. The app offers no means of removing form of payment, as I want my debit card off the account. There were also other things that are glitchy about the app and what happened when we stopped to check the map, but this review is already too long. Don’t waste your time or money, unless you are ok with being frustrated and practically robbed.

  • New to me, concerned citizen

I seen two people by the scooters sitting on the curb when I’m in care to be hurt sitting on the sidewalk, both had helmets on. Anyway I was at work across the street in downtown Honolulu. So I kind of kept looking at them wondering what was going on, when an ambulance showed up and appeared to be checking out one of them. So I figured they were all right and eventually I looked back out there and the ambulance is gone, along with the injured scooter writer and companion. So people are starting to gather around and walking up the streets and checking out the scooters they were alone by themselves on the sidewalk. So I thought somebody’s going to steal him, so I decided to move them out of The sidewalk in peoples way. But want to pick it up it said stop something something about theft and vandalism, so I put it down and look for a number or someway to let them know that it was safer where it was. But there is nothing on the moped except the QRCode. And that’s how I got here, still no number or no way to get to the rental company or anything else. I tried calling the police station but it was closed anyway seems like these people should put some numbers on it or someway to get a hold of them or something. That’s all you had to say

  • Poor design on the cup holders!

My friend’s cell phone fell through the broken cup holder and we had to back track our ride to find it. It was dark so it made it harder to find her phone. Thank goodness we found it but we incurred more time then needed. Your cup holder should have warning not to put phones in it as scooters don’t have good shock and any bumps cause phones to fall through or dislodge from cup holder. 😞
