  • Worst experience for e-scooters of any place

    You can’t leave them anywhere, you’re not allowed to ride on the sidewalk and there aren’t any bike lanes. Honestly a waste of money.
  • Not for foreign phone numbers

    Comes up with an error ‘not a valid phone number’ after a long hike I guess Uber for me then
  • Good but not satisfied

    I love these scooters, they were fun to ride. ALTHOUGH, I had ridden my scooter for 2 minutes and paused it to go to see the beach that was 5 feet away, and when I came back after about a minute to unpause it, it told me there was an error and I couldn’t do anything but end my ride, and it still charged me $7.99 even though I only rode it for 2 minutes and it wasn’t my fault.

    Also to note… I’ve tried to contact customer support about it, and cannot get a response back. Kind of a scam if you ask me, but the second ride I payed $7.99 for I rode for 30 minutes and had a blast. Do better though.

  • GREAT RIDE, LOTS OF FUN!!!!

    Okay so, the scooters themselves are TONS OF FUN. My and a couple of friends were riding them around for a while today after school and LOVED them. Plus, they looked cool and so thought everyone else.

    However, before we were able to have the fun we did, I had ran into a few issues. First, I payed for the scooter (VERY SMOOTH AND EASY TRANSACTION) and went about my way with the scooter. It didn’t seem to be working, my friend mentioned that I had to push off. So I tried that and it still wasn’t working. Afterwards we realized there was damage done to the back end of it (I understand that it wasn’t your fault and that someone before was being stupid… it was just inconvenient) and I guess that was more than likely the issue. I had already payed for it though…. so I messaged somebody by from Go X (EXTREMELY REASSURING AND CALM TEXTING) and they DID give me a FULL REFUND and apologized for the inconvenience, but this did take 2 HOURS after I had texted to get a response.

  • Not a good app

    I am at Daytona Beach and the app is trying to charge me $60-$300 for their mistake of not being able to locate their scooter properly. The app was being glitchy and would not show us on the map where we actually were. This caused them to believe that I didn't park the scooter in a designated area, which I definitely did. I have used this app a couple times now and I have had issues with the scooters everytime. The only reason I keep using these is because they are the only ones in the area. They are damaged scooters, the batteries on most are not accurate, and if the scooter stops working on you (which has happened many times in the past), they still expect you to take the scooter somehow to a designated parking area that might be as far as a mile or two away. I will NOT be going through go x for any rentals ever again.

  • Poor Advertising

    I’ve used many scooter services, but the advertising for this company is misleading. For example; it states that it costs 9.99 for 35 minutes up to 5 scooters.” It does not say “per scooter” anywhere on the posting. I’m sure many have been fooled by this and when you’re trying to just hop on quickly and get to another destination, you don’t have time to dig into reviews or read into the apps information, you just look at the posting at the location of the scooter. They need to do a better job to not fool the average consumer.

  • Avoid it if you can

    These scooters are similar to anything else you’d see in a big city but I would not ride them again. We rode them in Honolulu & you can ONLY park them in designated areas. We rode them for a few miles from our Airbnb to a giant mall and they had 1 designated area to be parked. We parked, had a text saying it would cost us $500 for improper parking, & had to ride them again. Even with $15 off, I still paid $12 for less than 10m of riding. It was so expensive and ridiculous. We had to walk another 10m to our actual location afterwards. If I knew it was that complicated, I would’ve just walked or Uber’d.

  • Terrible company, pricing. Is f$&)ed

    This company is opersting broken machines in Hawaii and for the same price as there unsafe scooters you can get an actual moped in hawaii for the entire day and actually have fun. They claim to be an affordable solution but in the end the cost per mile is higher that everything just short of renting a car for the day. If you are in HAwaii go online and get a moped for you and your family, you will be able to go and prk wherever you like without their limited prking spots and u can use all the money you saved to go get an amazing dinner

  • Better than Lime

    So: the scooters in North Hollywood can sometimes be a mixed bag, but I love the customer service. Problems are solved and refunds if justified are not a problem. If you use Lime their customer service is basic; and refunds or getting a call back from a supervisor are not timely. I choose Go X over Lime every chance I get. I just wish they had more here so I wouldn’t ever have to use Lime. Get everywhere guys, you are the better company.?

  • Should have an option to rent 2 scooters

    I have cheap friends and sometimes I don’t feel like walking so It be cool if I could rent 2 scooters with one app. Also last time I was on a date I planned on riding scooters as an activity but i couldn’t because my date wasn’t able to make an account.
