Stealing from customers
No matter what you do don’t use this company’s services. They are scamming people months, even years later. I used their scooters once back in 2022 and here we are November of 2023 and I’m being charged a “surge fee”. I’ve browsed forums looked for an answer to this and it seems many other people are having the same issue. If you pay attention to the reviews and more importantly the dates you will notice people leaving negative reviews about this October/early November. Then if you scroll to around November 13 they were flooded with 5 star fake reviews and seems to me that these were bought/paid for to cover up all the people reporting this issue. Please save yourself the hassle and do not use this company’s services. I’ve also uncovered that they are holding customers CC information without consent and are able to add charges whenever they please. SCAM!!Show lessKobalt12213443

Charged me “surge fee” on my credit card 9 months after using it in Hawaii, Waikiki.
Impossible to contact customer support with a real human being. Their chat online is an AI and if you call their number it’s an AI.colinskot
Scooters
I’ve used the scooters here in Daytona a few times. I have actually enjoyed them. I’ve seen people try to ride them on the sand or running in to some quarters size rocks and wrecking but other than that, they r great. The freebie nights always wind up happening when we r already out and about running around in our truck. Ha ha ha. But all in all, I love them. They r fun and easy to ride. Price wise, a $1 to start them is good, but instead of doing like a quarter or so many cents a minute, I would do them for like either so much for an hour, so much for 3 hours, so much for an all day pass, and a little cheaper for the monthly program rentals. I also heard through the grapevine that I all r trying to get some going in California. They would be stupid not to give it a shot. But if they do wind up being stupid and not going for it, please don’t take the scooters away from us here. At least either set up a small business to actually take them over. I am a scooter user in Hawaii that relies on scooter companies" products to get any where I need to go.
As there are all kinds of vehicles deployed in San Diego, I have never heard or thought I'd see a 3-wheeler that is so much fun to ride! My wife and I were both able to jump on it because of its wide platform and unexpectedly strong motor. I then also realized we did not need to do that because I can rent multiple scooters from one account very easily.
I used to be a professional surfer and I can assure you riding the Go X scooter was the closest thing I have ever felt to surfing on land... I signed up for the weekly pass and have been seeing their scooters every where. Ever since I found Go X I have not opened my Bird or Lime app in more than a month now. I thank the founder for creating such an awesome product that really helped me relive my old profession on the daily.
Idea for the founder: please start selling your 3-wheeler, I would be happy to buy and I am sure more of my friends would do the same.Show lessJayboog 4L

A few of my friends and myself decided to use the scooter X near Ala Moana hotel. Their prices are affordable and do provide the option to pay certain time limits depending on the rider. This was a quick and easy way to get around waikiki without the hassle of dealing with the usuall traffice jam througout the city. Was definitely a great experience and love the thrill of cruising amongst cars on a scooter. Definitely recommend to those who need transportation thats quick and easy, that provide numerous drop off points and no overcharge fees. Hard to park
Super easy to take a scooter but when parking it, the app always says you’re not at the right place to stop your ride and wants to charge you a 50$ extra fee.Tony21111hajah
Really bad experience
I really hate leaving negative review but this was so ridiculous. Most scooters that the app said were charged did not work. One of ten scooters that were on the map actually worked so only one person in our group had a working scooter and we had paid for a ride we couldn't use. I was willing to take that hit but then I was somehow charged for several scooters and was charged 25$ extra for 'misparking' a scooter that I didn't even move and didn't even have one mile on it. I reached out to customer service and was refunded for almost all of my experience and then was charged again. In total it cost me 65$ and hours of time without being able to ride a scooter. Had to remove my card information and am only hoping that I don't get charged again for something random.Show lessBhkiohb

I was not sure how easy the process would be to get the app / pay for it and ride it .Tonight I tried and it . It was so simple and fun . I wish I had tried sooner ! I’ll be on tomorrow night too !Nano4005
USE A DIFFERENT ESCOOTER APP!
I have used other e-scooter apps (bird and Lyft) and this is the worst by far. Misleading pricing and 0 customer service. Pricing says 10$ for 35 minutes of riding and up to 5 scooters. You’d think that means you can ride for 10 minutes, stop and then ride for another 10 minutes. This is not the case. There is no way to ‘pause’ a ride and once you end a ride you may not continue without paying again. I payed for 35 minutes and took two <10 minute rides and was charged twice. Besides that, all the other negative comments in here are true.Show lessJon2424
