    The old app was okay but a lot of bugs seem to have been fixed. Still needs more features but great work !

  • You guys need a good team of QA testers or fix the problems and don’t touch it anymore

    Face ID - gone with the updates. Nothing offers to save the password. Security is good, but it’s too challenging to remember passwords to 50+ applications we’re all using. We need some convenience and you guys had it before. What happened?

    With text verification the application closes, while you checking the message. In general now everything loading longer.

    Tex message verification didn’t work yesterday, I had to use the email one.

    The application in general works like it’s made about 15 years ago, but we love the credit union, so we’ll keep doing our best to deal with this app.

  • Terrible app!

    This app is always failing if you want to transfer money. Don’t even think about it if you are trying to do that at a store you’re shopping at!! Get this app fixed so it doesn’t waste your time and frustrates you when you need it the most. I’m checking out other credit unions like Wescom or School’s First. I’m tired of this!!! Fix it!!!! And you force us to give you one star??

  • Doesn’t work

    I use the app from my iPad. I have to lean to the left to view. Today it switched to the right, so I called and spoke to support. Their suggestion was to use the website instead of the app and when I told them I did not want to use the website they blamed the settings on my iPad. Seriously thinking about switching banks. OCFCU, spends some money on some real developers and train your phone support personnel.

  • Recent “upgrade” is a downgrade

    A lot of people use this app to pay bills. This “upgrade” took away the last 4 of the account numbers on the ‘pay bills’ page.
    It was suggested by an OCCU support person, Michelle, that I can click manage, search through all payees with the same title (like American Express) by clicking on each one, to find the one I’m trying to pay.
    Seriously, that’s an upgrade?!?
    This same change was a major complaint with their upgrade in Feb 2019…that they fixed. Why take it away again?!?
    Now I have to find another credit union that makes my life easier, not harder.

  • Redesign is even less functional

    I can’t even sign out using the sign out under menu! It’s way out in the corner of the app that comes under battery percentage signal indicator, who designed this app in such a stupid way!??? Most of the lay out is horrible, please access other banking apps like Bank of America, get some security 2 factor login process, I hear people frustrated all over this re-design!!

    Hire some intelligent analysts and re-do this app!!

  • Still no Landscape View

    The app is so so, but I can’t understand why after the recent update there is still no automatic Portrait to Landscape mode. There is only Portrait mode. It is annoying since I use a keyboard with my iPad.

  • New update broke the app

    After seeing the email about the new update being released, I was excited to try out the app. But after downloading it, it takes me to an error screen that says “This device does not meet the minimum security requirements for this application.” But I’m on the newest version of iOS 17, which, as stated in the email, is supported. The app worked perfectly fine before this update.

  • Downloaded the update…

    So I downloaded the update…looks nice and very similar to the old one. Only problem—it cuts off the top portion on my screen when I go to sign out! I have to completely close the app to sign out. I have an iPhone 15…Hope they can get this fixed.

  • Random errors

    Recently I’ve been trying to enter my account to check how much money I have. I put in the correct information to enter but the app refuses to grant me access. The website wasn’t much help either sadly. Hopefully whatever error or glitch is occurring can be fixed soon enough.
