God awful
What was wrong with the old app??? This update is hideous and almost insulting with its globular prompts and discount cartoon graphics. I want to do my banking, not entertain a two year old. The layout and menus are not convenient and the overall displays are not clearly defined. It almost makes me want to go into the actual branch. Maybe that’s what they’re trying to do. I really like OCCU but their online services have never been good and this update is more than two steps back. There are far too many steps to access simple fields and the series is not intuitive. Face ID is no longer utilized and you have to log in every time since there’s no memory of past log in information. Deposits do not show copies of the checks and there’s zero information about past activity. Whoever was in charge of this update needs learn some basic user interface principles. Absolutely horrible.Hrkebdh
Too many steps to do one simple thing
This new app complicates too many things. The last app made a simple transfer from one account to the other so easy and now this new app forces you to go from one page to 2 other pages before committing to an action. Also another major nuisance is not being able to see when your due dates are for certain loans where they used to be visible from the home page now you have to click on the account >> click on top right circled “i” icon>> scroll to the very bottom >>> then view when your due date is. It isn’t hard but it’s definitely not convenient. While this new app is sleeker it’s definitely not better than the old one.Beccajoe
