I’ve recently transferred my data onto a new phone and for whatever reason this app will not allow the verification to go through when it always did for my old one. It’ll stay stuck loading forever. I’ve tried refreshing the app, deleting and re-downloading, and restarting the phone. Nothing will work. And from the looks of it, others have been having trouble logging in as well. Please fix this as soon as possible.

There’s needs to be an updated version because I don’t have any use with the older version that deleted. At least with the version that was deleted you can access the app to check you account. This version doesn’t allow anyone to enter the app.

Haven’t been able to log into the app for so long! It’s been months and many at that. I figured my app needed an update but that hasn’t solved the issue through multiple updates now. It’s hopeless. Put in my log in credentials and it just has the never ending scrolling wheel, so frustrating. Only can log in via a traditional browser on my phone, tablet, or desktop.

The purpose in upgrading a system, disrupting regular business and causing havoc amongst members, is to upgrade and improve, however, the new program is ridiculous. I cannot access account history beyond the current month and hyperlinks online return you to the current page. Every action requires you to contact customer service, asking you to input sensitive personal information and then verifying yourself to the representative after sitting on hold for a very long time. I was hoping the new system would include newly designed bank cards or at the very least, a few options for cards. The new system is now in sync with the ugly card that is constantly considered fake.

Facial recognition NEVER works, doesn’t even pop up. Remember me doesn’t work. WHYYY do I have to enter my login credentials every time. SO annoying.
It’s terrible. Hasn’t worked in months.
I have not been able to sign on for many months. When I log it I get a spinning wheel and it gets stuck. Please fix.
I came to the reviews to see if I was the only one having issues logging in. Haven’t been able to sign on to my account through the app. It only works when I sign on either my computer web browser. Kinda annoying.
