Double charged and no tickets

Site froze when buying tickets to the Empire State Building. Was charged 2 times for the transaction and got no Empire State Building tickets. I have called them, used chat, and opened 2 cases by email and no one can resolve the issue, phone and chat won’t even talk to me and say I can only email. Last case was closed without any resolution and new case isn’t being picked up. Not sure what do to but I’m due a refund of just over $117.00. Case # 00137279 is my new case, next step if I cannot get this resolved tomorrow is calling my credit card company to report fraudulent charge.

Poor app

This app really blows doesn’t work and has bugs for Pierce County ferry

Like watching paint dry. Eating up my battery. Over an hour now:-(

Can’t save my ferry reservations

I bought my ferry tickets online, downloaded the app, tried to scan the QR code and put in the reservation number and nothing works. It says it found my reservation but it doesn’t save it into the app!

Ferry support is abysmal

I’m a pretty tech savvy person, working in the industry. When I use my iPhone to purchase a ferry ticket it doesn’t show in the app. I know money was spent because my bank app shows the money being spent.

The only reliable workaround I’ve seen is getting an email confirmation. From the email there is the QR code. I can add that QR code to my digital wallet, but this is basic functionality that is broken, what we’d call a Critical Bug.

Additionally the support number isn’t the one we can use to get help. There are a lot of features that this app needs for basic functionality.

Terrible

This must be the only app in the store that doesn’t allow you to save a card and billing info for recurrent billing. I have to enter my card and billing info every. single. time. Yes, I did go to Add a payment method and added my card, but I still had to re-enter at the time of purchase. I get it that there is no login required, but I don’t even have the option to create a secure account. The mapping algo is also whatever… 190 minutes to walk just over a mile? Dunno, feel like these issues have already been solved by apps.

Change Pierce County ferry schedule display

I don’t care for how the Pierce County ferry schedule is displayed. Just put a schedule “table” out like what is used currently on the Pierce County website. With there there is to much scrolling. It’s not just immediately obviously when you look. Also, why no Apple Pay?

The glitches are annoying. Bought a 5 trip value pass and used it once. Then it disappeared after the first use. Super annoying. Now I have to have a proper ticket for the rest of the week. Get it fixed.

App not working

Why doesn’t your app work?

I thank you for listening to a suggestion I sent forward before.
I signed up for notifications about the ferries in Puerto Rico. I received them, but they were in Spanish. I do not completely understand Spanish so it did not help me. Eureka: you folks started sending the English translation. Thank you.

Now, if only The Puerto Rican water system Agua would do the same.

Won’t Open

Downloaded the app 4 times. It won’t move to the next page after allowing notifications and Siri. Not worth a 5th download.
