Was great, now terrible. Just use your card.
Only partially works
I’ve tried paying at the app at 4 different stations in 3 different cities and it has never worked. It always says there was a problem processing the payment. I can get out and pay at the pump using the same card that is registered to the app and there is no problem. Really it’s just taking up memory space if it’s not working because a smart phone will find the closest Chevron any way.
Absolute worst app and pmt process
Totally useless app for my purposes!
Here is an idea Chevron - change the bank you use to manage your gas cards. Synchrony is the absolute worst bank when it comes to online capabilities.
Every update only makes the app worse. They removed face sign on and now forced old customers to recreate an account not leveraging any of the data from previous account, including autopay info. What’s the next upgrade? Return to paper billing?

Does not work
I have now got the generic response from the Chevron people “contact your financial institutions to resolve this problem”.
I am deleting the app because it is clearly not ready for prime time, unlike the competitors’ apps (Exxon and Shell) which have worked seamlessly from the start.
