Form error with no resolution

Awful neglect
Over 137 one star reviews, and Apple still allows this app to exist here. Absolute neglect, not to make a simple fix of excepting the serial numbers of the tests. Useless for Canadians
Does not let Canadians enter our Postal codes. Even though it allows for provinces on address. Stupid. You would think US app programmers would have solved this a decade ago. Weak.Raptor Rapture
Cannot register product
Multiple attempts from multiple individuals have been fruitless and the app says there are still empty fields when the confirmation preview clearly shows all of the info in place. Seems like it’s going to be difficult to get results considering the way they instruct you to set up to receive them does not work 👌Show less7Fhawk
Total scam
As like every other review you see here the app DOES NOT work you can NOT register your test kit period . They want you to write your credit card info on piece of paper then mail it all to them. Don’t buy these kits and don’t use the appbillyp139

Both the website and app registrations failed. Looks like this is a known problem that the company hasn’t fixed. How can you trust test results from an organization that doesn’t pay attention to how their business is run?propernounhouse
Doesn’t work
Double checked all fields are filled out but it still tells you they have to be filled out and gives error. Won’t work. Also, what’s the point? Says it speeds up the process but you can’t pay online/app. This is useless!Aktwig

Doesn’t work!!!
I filled out all fields, but received the same error message about All Fields are required. Navigating to their registration page but the browser stated the website was compromised and being impersonated by some trying to steal your identity. I am not confident in this company’s ability to provide accurate test results.Show lessTX_Kid
Registration Issues SOLVED
As a developer I know that when submitting forms, the error message sometimes doesn’t propagate up to the UI properly. It claims there are missing fields but what I found is that some of my fields were TOO LONG. Truncate or abbreviate your address or other long fields and it should (hopefully) go through.
