Like others I attempted to register the asbestos kit but can not proceed due to “all fields required” even though I have all filled outgulnacm
All Fields Required Error
Can not register my Asbestos Test. As others have mentioned, I keep getting an “All Fields are required” error even when I have input all the required information.LindaMPS
Not very useful.
The only thing you can do is register the kit. That’s good, as the form with the kit is too small for clear handwriting. That’s bad because I cannot pay for the tests through the app. Instead you want me to put ALL of my credit card info on a form lord knows who will see. Yes, you can send a check. I haven’t had checks for years.

I believe the app is to be used to register the test kit and I was able to do that and get a registration number with no problemPaul5078
Light on features
I would expect this app to track my mold kit registrations but it doesn’t. I’d also expect to be able to pay electronically for the test, but they expect me to write my credit card information on the paper slip and mail it in. …or use check. Not what I expect in 2021.Flynaway
Technical problems
I downloaded the Prolab Test Kits app. Filled in all the pertinent information. When I tried to register my kit I kept getting a message insinuating that I had not filled out all the necessary fields. I went back over my registration information and I made sure everything was there and hit submit again and got the same message. This happened 3 times. I deleted the app and went directly to your website. I tried to register there and I couldn’t even pull up the page to do so. Ridiculous.Show lesssundazchild
Very Misleading Packaging
The app doesn't contain any instructions at all for self-analysis of the mold test, only instructions on how to send the mold sample kit in after use to "register" it and get a lab result. Even with the official lab result, there's a disclaimer that says something to the effect of "All mold testing methodologies can yeild false positives or false negative results." Sooo, then what is the purpose for anyone to spend time and money testing??? 🤷🏻♂️Show lessFed-Up-Patriot
Horrible forms and don’t save the registration number
We spend all this time filling up forms without auto complete and they give you a pop with a registration # without recording that number anywhere.FrustradeWatcher

Not only is the app a mess the online registration is the same way. It freezes everytime you get half done. I'm returning the kit, if the app and the online registration is this big of a mess there’s no way the kit can be reliable. Ridiculous!John couger
Not worth the trouble
I only downloaded the app to register my test kit, but the registration did not work. It kept telling me that every field needed to be completed...which I did.MamaBer
