Time waster
I cannot figure out how this app makes anything easier. It takes extra time to register your kit by manually filling out a kind of tedious paper based form. Then your supposed to download this thing, which does not provide faster results because they’re emailing you the report anyways. What does this app actually solve for besides taking up space in your phone and time out if your day?Show lessmike 79843
Frustrating App
As a Canadian, your app is very frustrating to use. You can’t properly enter a Canadian postal code and submit. You do not identify the particular date format so my dates for my samples are shown as invalid. I will use mail.dfghwe
Not for Canadian customers
I purchased the Water Quality test kit. The instructions included within the packaging are exactly the same as on this app - but thats it. There is absolutely no additional information or such within the app. The other test kits that you can purchase from this company do not allow for registration via the app if you do not reside in the USA. So, if you are Canadian, there is absolutely no need to waste your time in downloading this app - it offers nothing.Show lessWolfeyez

Doesn’t work
Even though I completed EVERY field properly, I still got the error “all fields required”. Also, they don’t take payment on the app anyway, so what’s the point?JonRack
Asbestos Test Kit Registration
I sent in my test kit, but the app will not let me register it to even track whether it was received or processed at all.
I filled in all of my information for the mail-in kit, but still have not received any confirmation or tracking info.As-best-toss
Why Bother
I tried to register on their website. Broken links to nowhere.
So I got app and tried there. It will not take any submission saying I have to fill in all fields, even though the summary says I have all fields filled in. App Does Not Work
I downloaded the app and filled in all the information for my kit. When I tried to register my kit I kept getting a message saying I had not filled out all the fields. I went back over my registration information and I made sure everything was there and hit submit again and got the same message. I deleted the app and I am just hoping they send me my results in an email as I listed on the written form. Sounds like the majority of users are having the same issue…Show lessNicolas0301

When you submit your registration, it says “all fields required, but they don’t tell you what was done incorrectly (because all fields are completed). So frustrating.Devo745
