Fail
You had one job, app...and a really simple one at that. This app is basically just a form to register test kits and supposedly receive results faster by putting your contact info directly into the system. But after filling out all fields in the form, I’m unable to submit it. As others have noted, no matter what I do I get an error: ‘all fields are required’, yet all fields are clearly filled. Terrible app
Supposedly this app allows you to get results quicker. I say supposedly because after filling out the contact info it states “All fields required...” but nothing in its list is missing. Deleted and reinstalled the app three times with the same result. Had two other people look it over and they saw nothing missing.
I figure at this point there’s a bug in the app and it has sucked up more time than it should. Here’s hoping the results come quickly through the paper app process!Show lessPinotbaynes
All fields required?
Simple to use. I too got this error message. What I discovered was that the email field was not very well delineated. I only had to try one more time to submit, after I entered my email address, and then it worked perfectly. I haven’t yet mailed my sample so I may add some additional information to this review at a later date. But for now, I think at least a four is warranted.
Rating downgraded to 2stars for the app not retaining the kit reg #. Seems like that should be a basic functionality if used to prep your kit for submission for analysis.Show lessAch4el

App that doesn’t allow you to pay online but need to mail in your credit card information .

Register workaround
Think I discovered the app issue.
Manually enter the collection date info and the app should accept your info and create a registration number. Worked for me.)3:&,)/8/88/$;));!:$$$27&
Simple to use
I noticed many poor reviews due to the inability to register the product. The information missing, if any is listed in red. ALL fields must be completed including the business, which in my case I named it Home. The app is easy to use and took approximately 3 minutes to compete the registration process.Show lesspbaker1114
Test registration doesn’t work
I tried to register a test. The validation kept telling me I needed to fill out every field on the registration form. Every field was filled out. I had to find the website to register the kit instead.

Not sure what this app is for.
I purchased the “Water Quality Test Kit” so I could setup my new softener. Not a real choice as this is the only test kit that the hardware stores in my area carry. The app is advertised on the package so I downloaded it.
I immediately discovered that the only thing I can do in it is order another kit. It does have a copy of the instructions that are printed in the kit but if you try to “register” this kit you find that it is not an option (looks like the company failed to put it into that part of their app). Not really sure what registering the test kit would do anyway.
Other than a sales tool, not sure what this app is good for. I get the feeling that they just did not finish building the app.Show lessUser10001
Terrible app
You should be able to login and store your information. You have to enter registration info every single time you open the app. Not helpful at all.Johnnyace2117

You can’t submit your information. Repeats that “All fields required” even though everything is filled out. This really doesn’t fill me with much confidence on their product. If the app is this bad, what quality is their testing?jerf125
