  • Good app but caused me an injury

    I’ve enjoyed this app right up to late in my 3rd trimester where I have torn a ligament in my pelvis. My yoga instructor has advised that this is probably due to too many low squats, which feature heavily in the 3rd trimester exercises. I’ve also been told this by a number of people since. So quite annoying.

  • Great for third trimester

    The workouts for the third trimester are some of the only ones I’ve been able to do lately. Keeps me active and helps to get the body ready for labor.
  • Awesome!

    Great app! It has so much information and so many helpful tips, recipes, workouts and so much more! I wish I found out about it in the beginning of my pregnancy.
  • Disappointing.

    I downloaded this app while trying to conceive - which is the only exercise program I did during the free trial. The app interface is unappealing. Lots of random colors, uneven texts - just plain ugly. The recipes look good. The exercises seem great on surface level, but while doing a class… it’s just a looped mini video of a woman exercising, with the most monotonous, boring voice-over of all time. No music. No positive feedback. No seemless transitions from workout to the next, or a heads-up ob props needed. And barely any verbal cueing. $199/year for glorified instagram reels? I’ll pass. Giving this 2 stars because the workouts were decent… just everything else was incredibly disappointing.

  • loving this app so far!

    Sbied927: I love how well-rounded this app is and I make the yummy smoothies everyday! The workouts have been a good pace so far in the first trimester and a good transition from the sweat app, which I normally use for workouts pre-pregnancy. I recommend it!
  • Great for Postpartum

    I am 2 weeks postpartum and I’ve been using the app so much! I love all the courses and info on baby’s development in it. It gives me so much information and soothes my type-A soul.

    I’m giving 4-stars only because it’s glitchy. I want to access all the information in the app, but load times are so ridiculously slow, I just give up waiting for the courses and workouts to load frequently. It’s very frustrating. I know the information is good, I just can’t access it!

  • Amazing Pregnancy App

    As a FTM I heard of this as a fitness app, and it definitely has a great fitness program (do not skip the mobility stretches in the fitness tab, so good). BUT it also has great advice about nutrition, including recipes, AND my absolute favorite - a birth prep class, breastfeeding class, newborn care class, newborn sleep class, and more. The classes are the best part and so so worth it. All in all it has been an amazing resource for me as a FTM!!

  • Love Juna!

    I followed Juna throughout my entire pregnancy and still use the fitness portion postpartum. I love the nutrition and exercise education for women! The exercises are clear and easy to follow and usually only take 30 minutes out of my day. And I love that you can do them from home!
  • LOVE! Only app of its kind!

    This app has it all for pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum health! I really enjoy that I can come here for my one stop shop.

    The recipes are delish and relevant to where I am in pregnancy. They also have lots of information on using nutrition to manage symptoms. The birth classes are great. Very short and sweet but packed with information. I’ve learned a lot from these courses that wasn’t included in other birth books I’ve read or courses I’ve taken. Also the exercises offered range in time, intensity, target area, and help achieve multiple goals (pelvic floor strengthening AND overall stretching, for example). One very tiny critique about the workouts is that I’d like if there was some music in the background but that’s my only “negative” feedback.

    Lastly, I like how the app is set up by topic and helps you track your progress daily on your engagement with those topics. It’s a nice way to cross off a list, which is motivating!

    So glad I found this app!

  • Great but…

    I love the app and as a first time I feel like it brings a lot of knowledge to the table. Before pregnancy I was very active and wanted to keep doing so this first trimester but my endurance has changed drastically and I easily go out of breath. That being said, the intensity of juna workouts are great for moms who are feeling the best but not for those facing the hard early pregnancy symptoms . I wish you had modified options on screen for each exercise for moms who are not feeling the best but want to continue pushing through.
