  • Perfect for what I need!

    As someone who was very active before my pregnancy and having to work out and stay active at home this is exactly what I need! Minimum equipment, easy to follow videos, different workouts per trimester, and even postpartum! I feel like I have better control of my breathing and abdominal muscles thanks to these videos!

  • Get it!

    I love this app. I started working out at 5 months and I’m now 27 weeks. I am the type of person who needs a class to workout to not only stay motivated, but to be told what to do! I have no idea how to work out on my own! Each workout goes by quickly (45 seconds each exercise) and there’s a video that is played for the entire 45 seconds, showing you what to do and how. I also like how they have pregnant woman doing the workouts. There’s recipes, tips, and even a Facebook group! This has been awesome to have, especially during COVID. I appreciate that I can connect with a community of other pregnant woman and mommies who share my anxieties and concerns.

    J’ai vraiment apprécié cette application pour me garder active durant ma grossesse. Le suivi alimentaire est bien détaillé à chaque semaine selon l’évolution du fœtus.
    Si vous désirez bien manger et rester en forme durant votre grossesse, c’est votre application!
  • Highly recommended!

    I downloaded Juna after being diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Juna helped me stay on track with exercising for the remainder of my pregnancy, with daily workouts that were challenging and fun without being overwhelming. I have continued to use the app postpartum and it has been great (and it’s easy to fit in the workouts even with a newborn). Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay fit during and after pregnancy!

  • Coach potato momma no more

    My OB told me how important moving my body was and I knew I needed an app to help motivate me. I love the Juna App- my fitness journey pre-pregnancy was a walk a couple days a week, but now I have a variety of cardio that I am able to incorporate and not worry if it's safe while pregnant. Great recipe ideas too that me and my vegetarian husband have enjoyed! The only thing I wish the app would do is send a push reminder everyday there is a workout, but that's not a deal breaker for me. I've recommended this to at least 2 other mommas to be.

  • Love these workouts

    This app has helped me tremendously through my first pregnancy. Doing the workouts each morning has kept me feeling fit, helped relieve any pregnancy symptoms I feel, and I believe kept many of them from ever rearing their ugly heads! Every day is a different routine which is something I so appreciate. It keeps me on my toes. I break a mild sweat with these, too, so I know I’m actually getting some work in. Would recommend to any mom!

  • Great workouts

    These workouts are easy to fit in a busy schedule. They require minimal equipment and give clear instructions on how to perform the exercises. The exercises are challenging, but not overly so. The app gives great, practical tips for nutrition, as well. I’d recommend the app to any pregnant or postpartum friends!

  • Love! Easy to use!

    I love this app! The workouts are solid and simple to follow.. I love the coaching cues and tips that are explained during the exercise so I know my form is correct. My favorite part is the nutrient of the week based on baby’s development, and really good recipes that are dairy-free friendly and easy to use. I would recommend this to all pregnant moms.. and I’m excited to continue using postpartum!

  • Great workouts!

    I love how the app progresses with my pregnancy and serves me relevant content based on my pregnancy week. Pre-pregnancy I only really worked out once a week, but with Juna I’m up to 2-3 times per week doing the Juna workouts. And they change week by week to make sure they’re safe. I’m feeling fit and more confident about my upcoming delivery.

  • Amazing App for Mommas To Be

    I could kick myself for stalling on signing up for this app. It is an amazing addition to my pregnancy and I’m so glad I finally took the plunge, even being in my second trimester already. The workouts are easy to follow, explained well, and paced appropriately to feel like I got a good sweat but didn’t spend a ton of time. The app is super user friendly and easy to navigate. Each workout has a video and moves with you so you’re able to watch exactly what’s happening as you need to do it and get in the appropriate amount of time per move. There are also a ton of delicious recipes to try! Truly my only regret is not getting it sooner. I’m also happy about the posit delivery workouts to get back into things once baby is here. Highly recommended to any mommas to be!!!!!
