  • Didn’t work

    I wanted to love this app because I have had such a hard time figuring out what to eat. However, I matter how many times I put in my due date it would say I was weeks ahead of what I was. It also didn’t give me food recommendations and for workouts it only told me to “rest” every day. It seems broken or it doesn’t do what it promises

  • This app has it all!

    My favorite thing about this app is that you can get everything in one place! I was so overwhelmed trying to figure out what classes to sign up for, how to exercise and what to focus on during each trimester until I found Juna. Juna has everything you need in one place AND it’s all curated by licensed/certified experts. I also love how this app includes blog posts, graphics and podcasts from other birth related contributors as well, so you are being exposed to many different styles and ideas. Thanks Juna!

  • Needs custom settings

    I tried the free trial and I really like the idea of this app but I wish there were customizable settings. I am vegan and many of the recipes shown in the feed contained meat, for example. I also wish you could set the intensity of the works outs shown in the feed to suit your needs.
  • Worth the subscription!

    Perfect for anyone looking to safely stay active during pregnancy and postpartum! I was extremely active (marathon running, weight lifting, HIIT training, you name it) prior to pregnancy and the app kept me active and challenged starting at 11 weeks through postpartum.
  • Great Prenatal and Postpartum Workouts

    This app helped me so much with safe prenatal workouts and eased me into my postpartum recovery after my fourth baby! I was excited to start them again once I was cleared by my doctor. With four kids five and under, going to the gym is impossible. I love that I can do these workouts anywhere, at any time. I highly recommend this app for pregnant and postpartum moms!

  • Best pregnancy workouts I’ve found

    Highly recommend this app. This is my third pregnancy and these are the best workouts I’ve found - they’re actually challenging but definitely safe. I really like how they adapt week by week as well. I continued doing these workouts right up until 40 weeks (baby was 6 days late!) and felt comfortable but strong. The short pelvic floor sequences are useful as well. I’m now 1 week postpartum and definitely experiencing the best recovery I’ve had so far. I do think this was helped by regular strength training right throughout, so thanks Juna!

  • Pretty good!

    I used Juna’s workouts for most of my pregnancy to stay active… it was very good, but there were a couple things about the app that I found irritating after a while - the “warm up” and “cool down” exercises get very repetitive for example, and I felt like the exercises could have been ordered a bit better for smoother transitions… often I found you would be down on the floor for one thing, then need to be standing behind a chair for the next, then back down on the floor with a resistance band… and repositioning yourself (especially when pregnant) would take almost more time and effort than the actual workout move… so I would need to pause the workout and restart quite a bit. Outside of that the moves were great for each trimester and I would recommend… just be patient with the interface.

    Great app but i wish there’s an option to cast the workouts on TV.

    This is my first pregnancy so this App really gives me a lot of good information especially about exercise and I love working out!! So making sure everything is safe for me and the baby!
