    I never actually used the app but would not recommend downloading as they are exercising shady billing practices.

    I downloaded the free app and then when I created a profile they asked me to pick a subscription. I didn’t realize it would be subscription based so I closed out of the app and didn’t continue with creating an account. Today I find out my iTunes account was charged $20.

    I didn’t sign up or agree to a subscription and looking through the app I can not find a way to see the subscription or cancel it. I have reached out to Apple for a refund and email the apps support team to cancel... a subscription I did not agree to. Still waiting.

  • Love it, but still some bugs to work out

    I am loving the daily workouts, especially the video demos and voiceovers for each move. Lots of helpful nutrition information as well. But the recipes are bug-ridden, often missing ingredients in the list and/or instructions.
  • Could be a lot better

    I’ve only had Juna for a few weeks and while there are definitely pros, there are some pretty frustrating cons. For example you can’t look ahead to what workouts they recommend on which day and you can’t swipe through them on the home screen. Then when you go into the exercise screen there’s no way of knowing which you have already done, like a way to check them off for example. Since I don’t always follow the suggested workout for the day and instead go into the exercise panel I have ended up doing the same workout by mistake. Also, the warm up and cool downs are always the same and they don’t correspond to the exercises you’re doing. So for example you do an entire arm workout but the warm up and cool down always focuses on your legs. It’s frustrating, I’m going to give it another week before I decide if I’m going to cancel.

    Thanks For the feedback! We didnt think to add the ability to check off the workouts you do because you progress through the program daily. But I think adding that capability is great idea! Also we’re working on the warmups!
  • Love Juna!!

    I really love Juna! I started with it when I was about 20 weeks with my second baby. I couldn’t get to the gym regularly with my toddler and then a few weeks later we were quarantined with the lockdown so Juna became a little lifeline for me to keep some normalcy. The workouts always make me sweat without a lot of strain. I did them up until 41 weeks + 10, 2 days before I had my baby. Just started doing the postpartum workouts at 7 weeks pp and so far so good. Can’t recommend it enough for all mamas.

  • Doesn’t work

    Downloaded and paid for a membership. The videos don’t work even though I’ve checked all the boxes and was cleared by a physician. Every single day says it’s your “rest day” even though I’m ready to workout!! So frustrating. Trying to contact someone to help me unlock the videos or I’ll ask for a refund.

  • Great for postpartum!

    I can’t say enough good things about this app! I’ve only used it postpartum but it’s been a great guide to get back into working out and taking care of myself. Having workouts scheduled for me means that’s one less decision I need to make every day and has allowed me to exercise more consistently than ever before. There are also resources for everything postpartum- nutrition, pelvic floor exercises, tips on breastfeeding and more.

  • All you need pre and post natal!

    This app is exactly what I’ve been waiting for - specific nutrition, fitness, pelvic floor education for pre- and post-partum all in one place. I’m pregnant with my second and working full time, I want to take care of myself and my growing family, but time is short and energy is low. Juna is positive, empowering, and gives me exactly what I need to know and do when I need it!! Can’t recommend highly enough, worth every penny.

  • Favorite Pregnancy App!

    I love the daily workouts it really keeps me on track everyday, and keeps it interesting with something new. No getting bored with the same old workout. Also have pelvic floor exercises which is so important! Also so many health and nutrition tips and recipes. I can’t wait to use the app for my postpartum journey as well.

  • Great app for pregnant and postpartum moms

    I didn’t discover Juna moms app until I was almost through with my first pregnancy but I received so much help and insight by joining in my 3rd trimester. Now that I’m 3 weeks postpartum this app has been great for simple exercises, nutrition tips, meal ideas, and insights on my newborns development. It’s definitely worth the money!

  • Great app for moms in all stages!

    I have yet to use all the features this app has to offer since I had signed up for a free trial but wow is it LOADED with so much information for moms! The workouts themselves are also great and love the videos they provide showing and talking you through each move!
