Excellent app improved my sleep so much
I have an Apple Watch and this levelled it up with the even better sleep tracking it can do. I have recovered so much better sleep as a result of understanding that I’m better off waking earlier (I’m a night owl, or I thought it was) and it’s helped so much with the insomnia I used to suffer with.
I do pay the subscription because I understand that good apps need development and ongoing work and this one is so useful to me that I don’t mind that. It’s worth it, good sleep is priceless, literally.

Improving sleep

Was a win, now I lose sleep :(
Assuming it was user error, I again troubleshoot. Make sure my phone volume is not down, check to make sure the in-app volume of the specific alarm is up (it’s all the way up,) check to make sure gradual wake up is disabled (it is.) This morning, I naturally woke up before my alarm. While sitting in bed during the time it should have gone off, once again, it was so unbelievably quiet that had I not woken up on my own, I would have been late to or missed work. The first time it was an issue, I WAS actually late to an event that my small business was presenting at, which is not something I can afford to have happen again.
As such, I’m going to have to tap out 😔 It was fun while it lasted!!
