Las marinas
We enjoyed our stay at Las Marinas. We have a couple suggestions for #405. The shower door in the bathroom with the tub is dangerous. It needs to be replaced. The lint collector in the dryer needs to be replaced. The sink in the hall bathroom needs to be unplugged. Very slow drain. I realize it is up to the owner to make these changes. But maybe pass this on to them. Jan L.

Perfection
We plan to make this an annual vacation. This place was everything we could have imagined and more. This is our fav rental out of all the ones weβve rented over the past few years traveling. I love this app it never disappoints. Which is why I use it.
Yellow house
The house worked for us but if you have kids or a lot of people itβs not very roomy only one sitting area and itβs part of the kitchen and dining room and the furniture is cheap and not comfortable and no cable so no regular tv ( it does say that in the description) just heads up! Over all I would rent again.π

Love love love
We enjoyed this trip so much we already book again. Extremely clean, kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Love the beautiful views β€οΈ. After staying here you wonβt want to leave
Please donβt use this APP!
1. The check-in and out time was really strict, 4pm to 10am. I had a meeting at 10am and asked if we could expanded 30 mins and the customer service answered very cold, no.
2. The outdoor lighting is totally out of use, we couldnβt use the swimming pool over night, which was the reason we booked the house. We asked the customer service if there were a hidden switch and they let us to found out ourselves.
3. There were cleaning ppl entered our house without notification during our stay in the early morning.
In summarize, cold customer service with no flexibility and care to the customer.

My Stay
It was nicely decorated and clean. My recommendations to improve a personβs stay:
1. The King bed could be improved. It needs a new mattress, not very supported.
2. The Breakfast Bar Stools were cute but not functional.
3. The internet was very spotty and not secure. It needs to be password protected and the speed increased.
Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

Bugs bugs mice
This cabin is filled with bugs mice everywhere. We had to check out a day earlier because of the mice and bugs. Also there are no smoke detectors in the house. The outside was trash everywhere. Old wood trash cans everything. Would not recommend to no one. Have tried to contact the property manager several times and no call back. Planning on calling building codes and the BBB if I donβt hear from this company soon. I feel they should refund at the least one night. Debbie Caldwell ππππ

First experience with Vacasa
I was completely satisfied with my first booking through Vacasa. It will definitely not be my last. Excellent communication and easy to access.
2nd review of app - still same
I am submitting this review just to reiterate Vacasa does not post poor reviews for their rentals. First time I posted this I was given a Vacasa response that they give all renters opportunity to review - but due to high volume of reviews it takes time to post. Well, I stayed in a subpar unit in September 2020 - this is June 2021 and my review with photos to back up - has not been posted. Have been seeing many other complaints on travel sites that Vacasa does not stand behind their rentals so rent with caution.

The worst company to deal with
Went to Ocean City and stayed in the condo where the air conditioning was broke when we got there. We called and they wanted to refund us and make us find our own place because they had nothing. They kept saying they were trying to get a hold of the owner of the condo then when we found people that knew him he had no clue. They wanted to give us $25 a day for not having air-conditioning. Two kids pooped in the pool and they refused to come and clean it for days. Trying to get a refund and being hung up on by managers absolutely unprofessional!!
