Reviews of JustLift

  • Best Workout App hands down

Very customizable, very simple layout, no ads or upsells, and just WORKS. Using an app like this is so refreshing. This app works and operates like a premium paid app. The developer just giving this one away is doing such a service to the fitness community. Perfection.
  • Basic

I just wanted to track what I was doing, nothing crazy. Notebooks cost more than this 🤙🏽
  • Very Solid

I have been using this app for a few weeks. It’s simple and helps me keep track of my workout progress.

Suggestion: Display percentages (increase in green and decrease in red or neutral of if no change) somewhere next to the previous workout reps/weight so you can get an idea of the progress at a glance. For example, if I increase my reps by 3 and weight by 10 pounds that would display a green percentage increase.

I’ve found that the graph that displays “total volume” is kind of confusing and doesn’t really show me what the specific progress is that I am making.

Overall this app is great and I’d gladly pay for it. It’s simple, effective and no ads!
