    Thank you NAF I have called at least 3x’s yesterday and once this morning, each time I called your customer service representatives have been superb excellent customer service! I’m a senior and sometimes this dang technology gets on my nerves 😃 so I thank you for your patience and NAF for great training 👍🏽

  • Making Online Oayments

    I think it is unfair when trying to make payment on App or Online that the payment date won’t allow me to enter the actual date I am making the payment. It’s 3:05pm on a Saturday, April 15, 2023. My payment is due no later than April 16th before a late fee is to incur. However, online nor the app will accept my payment on the 15th. I have never paid late, so I will be calling to get the late fee waived.

  • Looks good but that’s all

    Still didn’t add the function to make half payments. Sometimes us single parents need that; then on top of that you took off the customer service number from the app. Who does that?!? Either add the half payment thing or put the phone number back in app. I had to Google it then had to get transferred like 3 times before I could even make a payment. Smh

    Every time I use the app I think to myself I wish all the apps I use were this user friendly. Thank you for putting in the time and effort and care to make this app quick and effective. These days we are so busy and to be able to handle your business efficiently is a blessing beyond measure. I’m happy to be in business with a company that realizes the value of our time.   • Additional features to be desired, but overall good

    I wish you could do a number of things that the app doesn’t let you currently do.

    1. Make split payments with custom amounts per source
    2. Make custom sized payment amounts and be able to direct the payment where desired
    3. Make weekend payments that show they were at least scheduled on time

    Number 2 in particular is goofy that the app doesn’t allow this, as the desktop login allows you to make extra or custom sized payments, but the app only allows for uniform full-size payments.

    Number 3 is worrisome that this can’t be done - I once tried to make a payment scheduled for Jan 1, the day it was due, but due to both holiday and the weekend, it wouldn’t allow me and I had to wait until something like the 3rd or 4th, *even though I had the funds to make said payment ON TIME*.

    Please add these features?

    Otherwise, the app is fairly smooth and simple enough, once you set up the login which is a bit painful and takes a while after you signed your loan.

  • No ability to pay from two payment sources.

    Not being able to pay from separate payment sources like a split payment sometimes makes it difficult to pay on time.

    Please add the ability to make this possible.

    Nothing more frustrating then having the full amount of payment and not having the ability to pay from two accounts at the same time.

    Hi, Rik, We appreciate your feedback.  We are always looking for ways to improve the app.  At this time we do not offer the ability to pay from separate bank accounts and we apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Poor execution

    I’m never notified when my password expires. When the password expires my saved information to log in no longer works. Password reset does not work and I have to spend more time on the phone getting it reset! What an inconvenience

  • Mobile app

    It is very painful try to sign up mobile app! 5 attempt and the app did not clearly indicate you have to click on terms and privacy to be able to check on the box! After that still gives error message! Have to call and be advised to erase the app and re download it! Not very user friendly web design!
