Won’t even let me login. Website is just as bad!!
Apparently New American Funding doesn’t want me to make my payment on time. EXTREMELY frustrating that I can’t pay my bill through the website and I can’t even get logged into the app!!! Unbelievable!
Password reset
It makes ZERO sense how when you click on the “forgot my password” link to try and reset the password you FORGOT how at the end of the whole process to reset it, it asks for the old FORGOTTEN password... HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE ?? Maybe someone with two chromosomes can fix the issue since a idiot made it to where you have to somehow magically remember the forgotten password to make a new one.

App Does Not Work
This app does not work! I logged in online with no problem. Downloaded the app and logged in and it keeps saying I’m not recognized. Logged in online again and didn’t have any problems. This app simply does not work!!!
Works when it wants to
Logging in isn’t a problem, the app it’s self is great but when it comes to trying to make a payment it says “something went wrong please try again later” Ummm its been 3 days how much longer do I have to wait for it to work!? It usually works the next day when it gives me this message!! PLEASE FIX THISS!!!

Does not work.
It will work initially but then after a few days will not recognize the user name or password. And if you try to recover it tells you to make the phone call instead. Getting tired of the runaround so I deleted the app. Do not take the time until they come out with a fix. I have an Apple iPhone
App works great
App logs me in just fine after registering. I think all the people giving the app one star because they can’t login may be trying to use their website login which does not seem to be linked to the app. No worries - registering on the app is really quick and easy

Thank you for your feedback. You are correct that users need to register for a new account in the app. Website accounts are not shared with the mobile app.
Pretty Good
Had to register first but once in this makes paying my mortgage much easier.
I like the ways to save options it shows and the equity and home value estimates are pretty awesome.

Looks great, but needs some work
Most of the info on here is super helpful, but as of right now the neighborhood comps all say $0. Having that actual data would be very helpful.
