Can’t login
This app is useless... I have a registered account already , using those credentials I can login fine from website.. but this app doesn’t recognize my credentials and gives a message “register the account and try again”

Thank you for your response and we appreciate your feedback. If you are trying to log in to the mobile app for the first time, you will need to register for a new mobile user id and password. Your current login credentials for Customer Care Net website will not work. We are addressing this with a future enhancement.
Great app when you are able to log in
UPDATE- NAF was able to resolved the problem and now I’m able to login, I really like the new update.

I refinanced my loan and after adding new loan to my account I cannot longer access to it. I get a message saying my account status is limiting my access to contact support and when I called the number they have no idea why I’m getting this message ughh

Garbage
After two rounds with customer service I still don't have access and they're going to have to delete my account so I can start over. I loved the app when I had my last loan with New American. Sounds like a lot of people have called complaining. New American please get a new designer.

Disappointing
When I first downloaded this app it worked great. Now every time I try to log in I get messages like “are you sure you have registered” or “ username/password incorrect” (even though I using my touch ID because I have logged on before). I have no idea why the app stopped working but it is very frustrating.

Maintenance
Every time the app forces you to reset your password, which research shows does not make your account more secure, the app erects the reset & the site no longer recognizes the old password. This is beyond frustrating.

Awesome app!!
This app is really cool and has a lot of information to help make informed decisions about your mortgage. I highly recommend using it as it is not difficult to set up and use!

Sorry something went wrong
I am able to login fine, but when I try to make a payment it says sorry something went wrong. Why you guys don’t want me to make a payment?

This APP is unreliable
I pulled all my loan info, and was unable to process my payment! “Sorry something happened please try again later”

Really!!

Also, I see I cannot submit my payment at 9:00 pm through the NA website..

Does work well
I downloaded this app it worked great for me. But when I upgraded my phone The app doesn’t allow me to log in now... I have called and never connected with anyone who could help I even deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still doesn’t work...

Okay
I got a response stating that you will need to create a new login to use the app, as you can not use the same login that you use on the main Website. That fixed my issue. App seems pretty clean.
