I am so happy to have found this mortgage company!! I was given 30 days to move out of a rental (that I’d been renting for 6 years), and this company closed my loan in 35 days! I’m still in awe! Thank you New American Funding! You saved my life!

Great Mortgage Company!
This mortgage company is probably the best mortgage company I have ever worked with. Their customer service is top notch and their loan officers really work with you to close your loan and move into the home of your dreams!! Thank you New American Funding for helping me get the home of my dreams!!

Customer Service has always been great.
My brother passed away in September of 2020. I’ve always received amazing service as we have walked through the process of settling his estate. Today Cynthia was amazing!!! Thank you for being amazing in the hardest chapter of my life.

I love the app. I have all my loan information at hand , organized and making my mi they payments has never been so easy , just pushing a bottom .

Password change?
Quit making me change my password!! It’s safer in my opinion to keep your password the same…. I should have the option to leave it the same

Can’t pay on weekend day
I don’t like that you can’t schedule a payment for a weekend day. Granted, I think you get a week or 2 for a grace period, but it would be nice when I schedule a bill to pay on the due date that it would actually be recorded that I made the payment on the correct date not 2 days later. It should not be my fault that your software doesn’t work on the weekend! And why not - it’s software not a person!
