  • Very limited

    I would love to be able to make my payments twice a month but I do not have that option on this website.
  • Face ID

    What’s the point of having a Face ID option if it doesn’t even work? I selected allow Face ID during log in, but every time after that, I still have to manually log in. I know, first world problem, but I put long passwords for security and rely on Face ID to save me the time.

  • Unusable app - won’t allow registration

    I wanted to use this app, but it’s unusable. When you first sign up and register, it requests a passcode with certain requirements, but then it rejects that passcode saying it doesn’t meet a different set of requirements. The two sets of requirements don’t overlap (different stated rules for required characters), so it’s impossible to choose a password that both lets you enter it by clicking the “Finish” button and doesn’t get rejected. It is therefore impossible to register in the app. Why make an app that can’t be logged into? Wanted to use this - am I going to just have to call in or use their website each month?

    Awful app & company overall to manage & pay mortgages. Multiple people have reported logon issues for years & no resolution.

  • Extra logon I’d

    It is very confusing to already have an online account and need another login just for the app. This is the FIRST app I have ever seen that does that nonsense. I will say it is easier to make an extra payment on the app rather than the web page.

    I have to pay my mortgage through phone every month because it wont let me login any more and it doesn’t let me change my password.
  • Payments made using the app won’t post to my account

    I tried making several payments using the app but I don’t see them on my account. Trying to call to ensure all payments did not go through.
  • Doesn’t work!

    It doesn’t let you pay your mortgage, it gives a “sorry try again later” message every single time! If you want your money fix your app please!
  • Registration is broker

    When you go to create a profile, it tells you you need to use a special character. Then when you select a special character is says they are not allowed. Ridiculous.
  • Error accessing my portal

    I am having trouble using the mobile app for the last frew months. The desktop version of the portal works. I tried redownloading the app and logging in with my credentials (that works from the desktop app), but no luck. It just errors out with a message saying that the login is not recognized. Really need more attention to be paid to the app, since it is the most used when it comes to managing my loan account.
