  • Not good for vacation

    Pick up rental and input info only to be told it takes up to 24 hours to approve a new vehicle. I already had an account just adding a rental.
    1st day shot. Went in after 24 hours and still pending. Used their contact info only to be told that they would respond within 2 business days. Half of vacation over by then.
    Been 30 hours and still pending approval.
    Good news is I found out you can go to Publix and pick up a SunPass for $4.99 and use immediately.

  • Very convenient

    Husband did not want to get a transponder. It sure worked out good when we were coming home from the Western part of Virginia Sunday and we scooted right through the downtown tunnel and got home about 30 minutes earlier than we usually do, normally we get on W. Military Highway go over the Gilbert Bridge to get to Norfolk. Billing was easy, I just checked website each morning to see if bill was posted and it took 48 hours like the site said and paid the bill.

  • App for great for a year then froze and keeps taking $

    The app worked great for two years and recently I haven’t been able to open the app. It freezes on the refreshing credentials screen. I have reached out to the developers for assistance since the app continues to take my money even though I can’t access it, they told me to try to delete it but I’m unable to do that. Also since I can’t get to my account physically, I am now waiting to see if they will approve my request and close my account. No one has responded.

  • Credentials Refreshing…

    There was an earlier review that mentioned it wouldn’t let you log in and kept flashing Credentials Refreshing… you said it’s bc of an old App. Then proceeded to name (I’m guessing) the new app only for it to be named exactly the same. No description if an updated up looks different and you don’t have an option to update IF the app is old. If you had a choice of 0 zero I would choose that. Stop wasting people’s time with this crap.

  • It was great until it wasn’t

    Was very excited to have an easier way to pay tolls since, but also really nervous to hand over control to an automated system and it turns out I was right to be worried. The app does not have enough functionality and the company does not have enough customer service to deal with issues that arise. They “validate” tolls but don’t provide any documentation for the user, they require a credit card on file for as long as you have the app and 180 days after you deactivate your account, and there is no way to pause charges for tolls they have “validated.” We had our license stolen and continued to be charged for tolls up to a week after we had reported it stolen and informed customer service. They said they would refund the charges but only refunded one. We paid over $30 in bogus tolls. I finally deactivated my account (had already removed the license) but they still have my credit card info. It literally cannot be disassociated with your account until six months after you deactivate. Had potential to be great, but it is not set up to handle anything out of the ordinary, which creates issues for those of us living in the real world. Also, beware $0.85 service fee per toll adds up!!

  • Removed app

    I had removed the app from my phone because I thought it wasn’t operating anymore. They sent me emails but I thought it might be spam. I responded to one and someone kindly and promptly responded to show me my account. I added the app back on my phone, made the payment easily and now I know it works! I wish this operated in FL. Mostly around Tampa and Orlando. So easy.

  • Horrible Toll management company

    I used this app (as I had no other choice because they have no customer service number) to pay for one time toll for my rental going to VA from DC. I did the right thing and paid my toll off as soon as it reflected on my account. (Later I found out that I was charged by the rental car company as well). What’s even worse is, unless I deactivate the vehicle on the account, you are responsible for any trip. So for $2 dollar toll, I pretty much required to pay $10 to pay for other toll users. I Do not recommend this app or this company, and remember, if you have a rental, remove your vehicle from the app after return.

When using rental vehicles, it is imperative that you remove the license plate information immediately upon returning the vehicle to avoid future charges. GoToll offers a rental vehicle feature that allows users to set the date and time that they would like the vehicle to be automatically removed from their account.   • Crap

    The app doesn’t integrate with iOS password generation or ID systems. It won’t auto fill CC information from Wallet. The camera feature didn’t capture CC info from card. When an App is your only job that is pretty crap.
