Beware, I loosing over $10k and going to court
What started off as a good convenience, has turned into a nightmare.
So I been using this app for last 2 years.
Suddenly EZ pass claim I owed them for over 20 violations + late and court fees!
I tried to explain that I was using GoToll and they said they never heard of it, and it’s point blank not their problem.

Saves U Time and Money

Had to pay for a trip I did not take.
The app worked but I was charged for a toll I did not use. I had a short term rental vehicle when I used it in December 2021 and the 10 months later I received a charge because someone else used the rental vehicle and it was still attached to the app under my name. GoToll made me pay even though they knew it was not me. Very disappointed.
I received the explanation that they have a rental car feature BUT what they should do is require the user to state whether or not it is a rental car, not just have a hidden feature many people do not see.thedavewesrchester

When using rental vehicles, it is imperative that you remove the license plate information immediately upon returning the vehicle to avoid future charges. GoToll offers a rental vehicle feature that allows users to set the date and time that they would like the vehicle to be automatically removed from their account. Won’t let me login to my account
GoToll won’t let login to my account on the app. I know my information is right. I’m getting error messages. I even tried on two different browsers.Subscriptions1

Do. Not use
Oh I signed up for an account after using two times I sold a vehicle that was being used after deleting this app I continuously was receiving bills and notices from them… After contacting them on multiple times the email to tell them I no longer own this vehicle they tell me I have to download the app there’s nothing they can do for me… After re-downloading the app that I did not want the only way to get logged in is to use your phone number I no longer have that number… After contacting their email again to say I no longer have the phone number how can I get into my account they tell me I must have that phone number…cameron Schallermeir

Very much like another reviewer mentioned, the app inaccurately said I took an express lane. I didn’t, but drove along side one. So that’s the major flaw in this app is that it cannot differentiate between actually being on a toll road when there’s a non-toll one next to it. I contacted their customer service to notify them, and they were absolutely unhelpful. Demanded that I pay, denied what I brought to their attention, and have since been sending numerous harassing emails insisting I HAVE to pay. I’ve even checked with the actual state tolls and I owe nothing, nor do they show me using the express toll road at all. Yet I continue to receive emails from GoToll saying I’m “overdue in payment!”.
I deleted this and will never use it again. Horrible customer service and majorly flawed app.fghmvvnbcg
