  • Good Thought, poor performance

    Was excited to have a method to pay tolls without getting several different passes and was near Va. Unfortunately, app failed to notify or accept payment. Asked several times for assistance and was finally advised to reject the trip and not pay the toll. Took trips in Jun and early July. Now, Mid August and just now, told to pay the tolls. Will delete until all the bugs are worked through and needs much better educated Customer Service.

  • Charged for trips not made

    I unregistered a rental car and was still charged for trips that someone else in the car was taking. Made my claim to customer service, who conveniently gives themselves two days to respond (they automatically charge you for a trip after two days). But not that it matters because they never responded to me anyways.
  • No charge and no support

    I’ve not been billed for trip on June 30. Sent message July 10, still waiting for response. It’s been more than 2 business days. I’d just like to pay what I owe. I’m sure by now I’ll be getting a large bill with late fees and bypassing a toll.

    Thanks for reaching out. and patiently waiting for your trip to be verified. Due to the current pandemic there has been a significant delay in the trip verification process. Once the trip has been verified and we receive the trip information it will appear on your account and be eligible for payment. We can assure that you will NOT receive a large bill with a late fee.   • Amended review

    I was eventually able to get the app to load but cannot travel to use for the meant of the pandemic. The load problem is with the ditzy spacing requirements in entering info. Developers did reach out?
  • Nice service

    I am an urban city person but recently started working with a group that’s in eastern Virginia near Norfolk and I’m in Washington DC.

    I searched through the many options that GoToll offers and the pay as you go version is perfect for me. Yesterday, I drove south on I-95 and saw the traffic jam on the normal route as I drove at 65 on the expressway lanes. It was great!

  • Pay for tolls using the phone

    GoToll allows us to pay trip-by-trip. After traveling on a toll road, trip details are available on the app. We can view past trips and email receipts to ourselves. Pretty good option for using toll road.

  • Effortless and Convenient!

    Very convenient app if you’re an occasional toll user and don’t have a transponder in your vehicle.
