  • DOUBLE CHARGES

    I HIGHLY suggest waiting for them to figure somethings out with this one. I currently have over $100 in ADDITIONAL charges because there is 0 communication between this app and EZpass. I have MULTIPLE trips I have been charged for TWICE and no my EZpass balance is in the negatives and I have been charged for FULL EZpass amounts because of my balance even though my EZpass HAD FUNDS. I don’t have the time to be fighting with the company on the regular. Just stick to the EZpass until they figure this one out.

    Thank you for reaching out. Typically, toll road operators do not send GoToll trips that were covered by a transponder, such as EZ Pass, or another method.   • Beware! Inaccurate!

    Just installed and it already charged me erroneously for tolls I was not liable for. I suspect it was because I was traveling in free lanes that were adjacent to toll lanes. If you live in an area where you frequent a similar situation you will be charged every time! I have yet to hear back regarding my dispute.
    Also if you didn’t know there is a service Ge added to each toll collected.
  • No Phone Number

    There was no phone number to see if this would work with five axle vehicles. Going with another provider.
  • Upload now!

    This was my first use of the app on our trip to Pensacola Beach. It was so convenient. You just drive through the tolls without having to stop, pay or worry. Hassle free and well worth. The app charges showed up not even a week later. I clicked pay and presto! Even emailed my receipts. Well done!

  • Password Problems.

    I cannot even try the app out, because as others are also saying, it doesn’t matter what password I try to create following all the rules, none work.
  • Payment & License plate to register

    My problem here is simple in the media it states you only need to register your license plate. In the app you have to put in a credit card & your plate. I don’t want a auto payment feature. I want an easier way to pay & know that I need to pay. I don’t need it to monitor my travel. I need it to interface with the places I receive a toll from for using. This doesn’t fit my needs.

    Thank you for reaching out. Since GoToll allows you to pay as you go, a valid credit card is required prior to adding a vehicle. This way any tolls you go through are covered. When a toll is added to your account, you will receive a notification letting you know it is ready to be paid. GoToll will not track your travel, we will just make sure you are covered when traveling toll roads. GoToll Customer Service
  • Skeptical…. But satisfied

    I was a little hesitant at first to use the app. I wanted to make sure I used it correctly, but it was challenging to find detailed instructions prior to my trip. A video link on you tube or something would have put my mind ease before I used it. With that being said, when I use it for the first time, it worked as promised. I understand the company has to make money,So paying the additional $.85 processing fee was ok. Though I wouldn’t use this on a daily commute through daily tolls to and from work. That would get expensive. I went through the the toll yesterday and today I was able to pay it. So again, it worked as advertised. I will use this app again in the future (when I don’t have my VA EZPASS with me). Note to the developer: instead of paying the processing fee for every toll. You might want to give customers an option to become a “Daily Toll Commuter” and pay a little less for subsequent tolls. If commuter makes A round trip using the same toll booth in a day give them some type of discount on the fee. Just a suggestion.

  • Great App

    I love this app because it keep me on top of my trips, especially having several vehicles with several drivers.
  • Cannot Create a Password

    Every password I try to create is considered invalid despite following the rules. Pretty basic stuff here
  • I Rejected a Toll Notice

    I set up my information on 3/18 while sitting at a toll and the status showed pending, so did not think it would pick up those tolls. Therefore, I paid with coins in going through 2 tolls on 3/20 so I rejected these toll trips that showed up in the app. I was charged anyway, along with the $.85 fee on each. I also sent a message inquiring about the fee, and never received a response.
