Absolutely dislike new version.
This new version is not user friendly at all. Please bring back the old version.
Nothing is very accessible. I couldn’t even find my barcode when I checked out today (not that it matters for rewards since all but one or two are gone!). The cashier was absolutely no help. I can’t believe at least the employees would know how to access things and help customers.

A terrible “upgrade” to the old app
Love Fresh Thyme, hate the new app. I have no idea who decided the old app was ineffective, but it was intuitive and user friendly and really made for a great shopping experience. Browsing the ad is no longer easy, adding and removing things from my shopping list is cumbersome, it crashes frequently, coupons don’t automatically apply, my purchase history is not current, etc. Fix it or bring back the old app.

No longer user friendly
This new app is a major step down from the last one. Fresh Thyme should probably reconsider whoever they hired to launch this new software. If their intent was to save money, they’ve traded performance. The app consistently freezes and gives error messages. I’ve had to change my password multiple times because it keeps locking me out—despite the fact I know I’m using the correct password. Slow to load, lots of bugs. Please bring back the old app so I can continue shopping at your store! Will not return until App is fixed.

Why fix what isn’t broken?
For real. The old app was great. It wasn't great because we were use to it - it was great because it was technologically ergonomic: user friendly, efficient, and simple. This new app is a headache. And honestly, I have only been to Fresh Thyme once since they switched things over. I don’t know what their deals are, and I don’t have to the patience to go through everything category by category. Poor life choice, Fresh Thyme. Poor. Life. Choice.

Made me stop shopping at Fresh Thyme
I used to love Fresh Thyme. I looked forward to receiving the weekly special emails updates, and using the app to create my shopping list. I shopped at Fresh Thyme pretty much weekly. Then the new app came out. It is no longer easy to add items to my list, and you can’t even see the specials for the next week until Wednesday, where preciously they were available to view and add on Tuesday evening. I have stopped shopping at Fresh Thyme, because I simply don’t have the time to spend that this new app requires. If the old app ever comes back, I’ll again be a Fresh Thyme customer, but until then, Kroger is my go-to.

Terrible
This new app is awful! The old app was very user friendly. Bring back the old app. It’s hard to go through the weekly ad on this new app. On the old app I loved that I could easily make my shopping list and while at the store tap an item when I put it in my cart and have it disappear from my list.I can’t do that now. Which means my shopping list is harder to work with. I’ve gone back to writing my shopping list on paper. If I clip a coupon it doesn’t come off at the register. Dump this app and bring back the old app.

Easier like before
It works well, but can take a long time to find items. I’d like it to be a little more simple by being able to just look at the add page view and click on items from there, instead of going through all the isles on grid view.
Fresh Thyme App
The previous version was much more easy to use. Although there are some useful new features, such as adding quantities, etc., it is difficult to find out what is on sale. There are far too many items to scroll through efficiently and the full-page ad version is too tiny to see on a mobile device. Maybe different varieties of the same thing, such as sausage flavors or different colored peppers, could be nested or grouped together in some way. For the full page ad, maybe the pages could be divided in half or quarters. 🤷🏻♀️

If it ain’t broke...
The previous version of the Fresh Thyme app used to be one of my favorite grocery store apps because it was very user friendly and intuitive. The current “new revamped” version, not so much. This is the first app I’ve ever went from loving to hating. If I forget to scan my rewards, there’s no option to add my receipt later. The weekly ad display automatically opens as grid view and it’s clearly not accurate or it’s too accurate (if dips are on sale, it will list every dip flavor, really?) The only plus for this version I can think of is it calculates the price of the items added to your list, whereas I don’t remember that function with the previous version. It’s still not clear what they were trying to accomplish with the revamped app, but hopefully they’ll keep trying.

Terrible Usability on Update!
Agree that this was a TERRIBLE change from the previous app. To be blindsided by them cancelling the old app and forcing download of a new app was bad, then forcing everyone to reset their password via "forgot password" is extra bad.
Now the new app itself, the weekly ad now takes a long time to load in page view. Also, when viewing the ad in list view, I can't add the items to my shopping list. All I want to be able to do is to make my shopping list from the ad's sale items. Unfortunately, that's not possible in the "new" version of your app. AAARRRGGHHH! I just want to view the ad and make my shopping list from the ad. It's not possible in this app. This is a huge downgrade from the previous app. Very frustrating experience as a customer!!! You have a great store that I like. I wish that your app was at least passable!!! At this point, I much prefer the old app as it was much more user friendly!
Update: Went to use a $1 off the purchase of 2 items mfg coupon from the app. I had "clipped" the coupon, and scanned the app at the register. It wouldn't take the $1 off my order even though I had purchased 2 of the pictured item in the required size. Then a manager had to be called and it took a lengthy override process to get my $1 off. Frustrating for everyone to say the least.
