Not User Friendly
I downloaded this app hoping to scout out deals and use some coupons. Although the weekly sale items can come up in a grid with pictures, there are not pictures for a lot of items, nor are the descriptions clear. Also, in the case of a wine that was on sale, it only showed up as “Rose.” Luckily, I could make out the tiny label in the picture and recognize the wine as Kim Crawford, but there was zero indication of that in the item description. Another wine is listed as Bourbon Barrel Cabernet, but there’s no picture, and it’s unclear if the winery is Bourbon Barrel.
Also, annoyingly, when you “clip” the digital coupon it doesn’t transfer to a list. I had to sort through the coupons again to see which ones I’d selected.
I like Fresh Thyme, so I hope the app is improved upon.

All around messed up app
All the words and pictures in the app are all on top of each other. I have tried at least a dozen times to change my city in the app and it keeps going back to Downers Grove Illinois!! The app used to be much friendlier to use and now it seems like with every update it gets worse! Even the meat department guy knew how crappy the app is!

Fix your app or lose a customer
I have loved going to fresh thyme for years until they closed the store in my town. Now I have to plan and stop on my way from work 35 miles away from my house. The app would help me plan and organize what I needed and used to be very helpful. Now the app won’t even load a new store to see current deals and other items I may want to purchase. I still get the emails but they won’t load in the app either. Fix this and help regain a customer.

Waste of Thyme
I love the store but hate this app. It truly is a waste of time because it’s completely useless. I thought I was actually shopping but eventually realized it’s just a notepad.
I wanted to shop. I don’t need an app just to create a shopping list. And to add insult to injury, it doesn’t interface with Instacart so you have to shop all over again and their app doesn’t have real-time inventory capability so there’s constant out of stock situations and you better have your substitutions preselected otherwise the random shoppers always choose a much pricier item.

Could be better
I likebthe store but this app really needs improvements. I wanted to pre-order for a vitamin and personal care sale on my iPhone. This app doesn’t give you much detail beyond the front picture of the product. When you click on a product, there’s no back button. It takes you out of the specific search and you have to re-enter everything over and over again. I had to use an app from a different store to look at product details. Ugh.

You need better technical support
I tried to just “Log In” to my rewards program and it said that I was not connected to the internet, really? So I tried to start a new program and it said, already a member? Log in, so I tried to log in again then said having trouble connecting to the internet, again, really? Then I tried to get a new account then it said download the “new app”. I feel this really bad for your business and when u try to order vitamins or supplements it does NOT allow u to read the ingredients or information in the back label, this is so very bad. I left a written message and no one write me back, so unprofessional and I am disappointed

Worst experience ever
So the old app is deactivated. No communication from the company. So I delete the old app and figure out on my own to find and download new app. Then wow, first time in hundreds of apps that I’ve sen an app take several minutes to open. Then it gets worse. Old password does not work and forced to go through a password reset. All this without the courtesy of an an email from the company. Lesson: Just shop at Whole Foods.

Miss the old app
I hate the updates. Increases my use time by at least double if not 3 times because it is so many extra steps and not intuitive at all. Please bring the old version back or make this one more user friendly with things like one list for the ad instead clicking through a million pages then scrolling also and removing items from your list without having to click to open each item. I go to the actual store less because I save time by using apps to check the sales and when the app adds time I don’t bother with that store. Also can’t see the new ad for double as Wednesday’s like you used to.

Careless to old app users
Now I see they Fresh Thyme renewed the app without any notification to user. What about tons of emails you send out every week. I get there for promotion, but app didn’t work and I wasted it. Cashier was so sorry for this, but it isn’t her fault. So annoying. Somehow new app’s server is slower than before. Good job.

Bring back the old app!
Can’t stand the new app. If you go to the checkout screen you can’t get back to the main area and you screen stays on max brightness. The app logs you out randomly and is much harder to use than the old one. I just want scroll through deals and coupons and check off what I want in a simple list.
