Why?!?!?
I am a regular user of this app. Recently it was “upgraded.” This “upgrade” has rendered the app nearly unusable. I can no longer view the weekly sales in page form. This week I was unable to see the preview of upcoming sales. The search feature simply doesn’t work. I am a regular shopper and a fan of Fresh Thyme, who has been driven away on the account that I am unable to get needed information from the app, before I do my grocery shopping. This is a horrible unforced error that defies explanation.

Search and weekly ad functions don’t work
The search function hasn’t worked FOREVER! Unacceptable and annoying. Also, this app used to have a feature where you could choose between seeing the ad either in list or full-page form. It would be nice to have the full-page option back for when we don’t want to scroll thru pages and pages of lists and just want to look thru the actual ad. Again, FIX THE SEARCH ALREADY!!!

Still Can't Search!
The only time I open this app is to clip coupons & show my barcode to the cashier.
The search functionality is unusable, the search bar just grays out the main page and the search bar is nowhere to be found.
Rest of app works fine but search has been down for months.

Love the store. The app? Not so much.
This app is incredibly cumbersome to use. There used to be a search function so it was easier to find items when preparing to shop. Not any more! No search in a store app? Definitely a design flaw. Also difficult to navigate within the categories due to the segmentation of items. Without a search again quite cumbersome. Only reason I didn’t give the app 1 star for lack of search capability is because I really love this store. They have the best produce and a wide variety of produce that is difficult to find anywhere else. So that is why they get 3 stars. But honestly? Shop the store and don’t try using this app unless you are incredibly patient.

Scan your face when you register your account
I don’t like this app scan my face during my account registry! After done, I finally recognized it scanned my face and regretted to do so!!! There’s no need for my face! I delete everything for the app but I believe my face data all was save in their server.
Also this app doesn’t have anything to do with the saving your money! Because you pay the same if you have the app or you don’t have the app (clipped digital coupon or not)! Not like Kroger, you have to clipped the digital coupon to redeem it during checkout!

Weekly ad is a mess
I have used the previous versions of this app with no problems. The newest update has majorly messed up the weekly ad feature. Instead of being able to choose the flyer view or the grid view, you are now forced into the grid. It’s messy, no organization, and frankly, the mix of alcohol with the food could be a major trigger for alcoholics.
Bring back the flyer view, or organize the grid view to opt out of the alcohol ads.

Disappearing search function
I’d love to use this app but the magnifying glass for the search no longer appears. After I navigate the app to get the magnifying glass to appear (usually the My List) once I click it, it disappears again! It’s incredibly irritating. When I search the website it automatically sends me to the app again where all hope is lost. Can’t really shop at your store if I can’t plan my trip.

Used to work well
Compared to other grocery stores’ apps this one worked pretty well. I’d say it was second only to the Wegmans app. Now however, with a non-existent or non-functional search button making a list is very frustrating. Maybe I’ll save money if I don’t remember what it is I need to buy….
Please redo and make tablet-friendly
I initially downloaded and installed the app for a discount on my purchase, but I never got into the habit of using it because it seemed like too much work. I prefer to do my trip planning on an ipad in horizontal/landscape screen view (I use a keyboard to type) and this app looks like it is designed only for smart phone (vertical screen) viewing. I love the Fresh Thyme store, wish they had an app worthy of their brand.

Lacks Information on Items
Being able to pull up my rewards card is handy.
However, if I am going to order things for delivery or pick up, I need to know the ingredients of the product. I have family members with food restrictions, so even if it has a gluten free stamp on the front, that doesn’t mean it is corn free or soy free.
The app has potential and I look forward to seeing improvements soon.
