Great store, terrible app
I love shopping at fresh thyme, can always rely on quality food and ingredients. However quality is lackluster when it comes to the app, please update the app and make it more user friendly! Would love a store navigator like other grocery stores have to help find items when shopping in person! Or item availability.

So who thought it was a good idea to make a grocery app and not provide the nutritional information for each of the items?
Fixed sign in/Shopping experience
I’ve been going to fresh thyme for awhile now and can say I’m always pleased with my shopping experience, always great produce selections. Sign in on the app was broken for a bit but it is fixed for me now!
Digital coupons
This is the worst app I have ever used or tried to use. I keep going in circles. I have asked the cashiers for help, but that just slows down the checkout line. And the cashiers don’t always get it right and call others for help. If you can’t make it easy to use just do away with the app and make the sale prices good for everyone.

Awkward
This app wasn’t updated by anyone who shops for groceries. No longer able to search for coupons by category; produce, meats, breakfast etc. I don’t own a pet but must scroll through pet food coupons to get to human food. Why must I scroll through Health & Beauty if I’m not interested in those products?

Terrible app. Super laggy on newest iPhone, can’t view all products, doesn’t show coupons, and relies on using web version of the site to order.
This app needs to be rebuilt from bottom up to focus on online ordering and the cheapest team from India you got needs to be fired and you need to hire people that are capable of building apps.

Love this store!
I love shopping at Fresh Thyme! Easy in and out, fresh food, good sales, nice employees. I live 25 mins from our closest store but it’s worth it. The app has been a problem since the upgrade but I think they have it. The store is great!
Keeps logging me out!
I use to really disliked this app but they found a way to make it worse. Keeps logging me out after a week of non-use, even if the app is not open. So, I open the app during shopping only to find I’m logged out which further requires me to reset my password. Like, who carries that around with them? When you reset you end up in the web page, not the app. How lame is that? It looks similar to the app but is not. Then to take full advantage of what the app offers you have to log in there too. I mean, geeze! Who comes up with this logic?!

Worst app ever
Digital coupons advertised in the flyers don’t show up to clip. Doesn’t ever honor the conditional sales, like spend 50 get 10 off. Fails to keep track of your purchases. Not sure what it’s actually good for except for maybe giving FreshThyme your information. Deleting it, not worth wasting the storage space on your phone.
