Horribly buggy and slow
I’m surprised any company uses this, perhaps it’s slow and buggy in purpose so they don’t have to give the rewards. Super frustrating app.
Very Slow
This app takes 30-40 seconds to load every click. Please improve peformance.
Terrible
This might be the worst app I’ve ever used. It takes forever to go between pages (60 seconds in some cases), the app crashes often, navigation between different pages and areas is unclear or takes too many clicks, it makes me log in constantly, I get a network error constantly and I have to kill the app to get back in. My company uses this app as a way to provide rewards for health tracking but I’m starting to think the app is terrible on purpose to discourage people from using it and getting rewarded. Why not just pull my data from Apple Health and/or MyFitnessPal and reward me for getting steps and tracking my eating instead of making me do pointless challenges and journeys. It’s clear that the purpose of the app is to get your data so they can sell it or use it to their advantage, not yours

Terrible
Literally the worst app I’ve ever used. Basic functionality is broken and every link takes ages to load (if it ever loads at all). It’s insane they can charge companies money for their employees to use this.
Nothing but glitches
I’ve barely been able to use it lately. Keeps spinning and logging me out, then saying I haven’t registered or it can’t find my company. This is ridiculous.
What’s wrong with the app?
Got the same message that I needed to download a new version of the app in order to log in, and when I tried to download it, it stalled and deleted my old version. Can’t get the update. Help!
Alight unwell
I wish a different healthy influence provider pathway had been selected. I pray no other associate has experienced what I have.
Poor support. Received auto generated emails from support team with blanket statements covering any possible issue. For some reason only able to earn half of the rewards equal to all the known associates who have freely shown me what they can earn. Support says it is impossible to earn rewards above what I receive, and yet many associates earn double my rewards. I feel personally discriminated against because of this major fact of inequality of reward benefits. Receive contradictory responses about my issue which appears minimal to every individual but myself. So far for a year have been earning half that of my peers each and every quarter. I see no end to the continued limitation to my benefit issue. Alight does not care it is what it is.

Horrible app and customer service
I have been using the App Store for nearly 10 years, this is the first time I write a review. The app is awful, it barley works if any, customer support is a joke. Ask your company to switch away, we have asked our CEO to switch away from Allight Well.
