These applications aren’t worth the time and effort being put into building them. I haven’t been able to login at all, despite all of the troubleshooting with them. The hyperlinks to other sites for FAQs don’t work, and apparently when you do happen to login, it launches everything in a browser. So what is the reasoning to pay a developer to build a mobile application that brings you right back to communicating in the browser? When is the VA and Congress going to actually CARE and fix these issues? I guess I’ll just continue to wait the standard timing for an actual appointment.
