Very disappointed
I ordered the same thing i frequently order. Fries & mini concrete, no hot fudge, double caramel. First off I was charged extra for the caramel, yes only $.90 but it does add up & nothing was reduce for the hot fudge i didn’t get. Then fries were cold & chewy, like they had been sitting there for a while. I absolutely love Freddy’s & don’t hesitate to tell others about it. I couldn’t believe this was what I was given.no hotfudge

I’ve been waiting for a Freddy’s app as all my other frequented quick seed restaurants have them. Even told Freddy’s a few weeks ago on Twitter to get on it, and they replied that they’re working on it. Well, here it is. A fairly feature-lacking experience. I was hoping for some offers, perhaps a weekly digital coupon like buy 1 get 1, maybe the occasional free small custard with a meal. Nope. You have to spend $200 to get a free meal. By comparison, you can save that $7 in a couple of uses of McDonald’s app. Freddys, if you’re going to offer an app, make it worth our while.Vaughn Fry
