  • Like Rollo, Frustrating App

    For the love of all things holy, please make it so I don’t have to login and multifactor authenticate EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to get in. Save my password or use facial recognition because wow that is annoying. Outside of that, the app is quite useful and convenient.

    Prices are identical to stamps but I like rollo’s interface better.

  • More to do

    I love the app… when it works. When it’s up and running I am able to print with ease. When it’s not, I get signed out every time I exit the app and get disconnected from my WiFi and printer. Some work to do… but there’s hope?

    I never knew about this all this while I have been wasting money and buying a road stucked labels rollo service is topnutch and verified

  • Rollo review

    Rollo is a very good shipping service provider, I have saved so much money using them to ship goods for my small business, having them around has been such a help to me & they’ve never given me any problems.

    They do what they say they’re going to do, in a world where it’s hard to find people & business that you can rely on to pull through on what they say, it’s nice to have someone like Rollo to really rely on.

  • Zero Stars

    Product never works for more than a day (wireless). Fails to find printer, fails to recognize networks, and has begun to require 2-3 hours each day to get it functional. Based on other reviews, it seems I may have gotten a faulty unit, but I have been asking for replacement for 6 months and they just keep telling me to reset it and put it closer to the WiFi (it’s within 6 inches of the router which always seems to surprise them)

    Thank you for your feedback. Rollo Customer Support will assist you in isolating this case. Resetting your Rollo Printer daily is not normal and we must isolate the issue by checking on all factors including your Wi-fi network. Also, please load your labels properly to ensure that calibration is performed correctly.
  • Don't buy.

    I originally left a 1 star review, and after receiving a response where they requested I reach out to customer service for help, I maintain my 1 star review.

    I did reach out to customer service and received zero help nor was the issue resolved. They failed to find the "root cause" as they like to call it. I lost no less than 2 business days trying to troubleshoot this device. It is faulty, jenky, and not worth the $300 I spent.

    Buy a different label printer from a different company.

  • Great minus USPS

    For shipping with UPS, rollo is amazing and absolutely speeds up our entire process. Until you have to ship with USPS (ie - P.O. Boxes). We have repeatedly reported this glitch (which came to a head right around holiday sales season 2023) and it still hasn’t been fixed. They’ve said they are aware of it… it’s nearly April now and USPS labels still won’t probably print. We are actively paying more for some shipments for the convenience of rollo b/c not using it disrupts our workflow so much, but it’s ridiculous we can’t print a USPS label thru it. Fix this Rollo.

    Please share with us your ticket or case # so we can check. There are no known reports concerning USPS labels generated through Rollo Ship. You should be able purchase USPS labels through Rollo Ship website and Rollo App and print them just fine.
  • Faulty. Inconsistent. Waste of money.

    Works great when it wants to. Continuously disconnects from network. Says my network password is wrong even when it isn’t. Disconnects every time I leave because it’s connected and set up from my cell phone.

  • Great when it actually works… which is not often

    The app, printer, and whole configuration is so frustrating! Constantly disconnecting, label presets get deleted, label sizes change on their own, and completely buggy app. I wish I bought a different printer. I am constantly having to disconnect, reconnect, setup printer. It’s super annoying. Also there’s no option to print consecutively. You have to print each label one by one. Not very user centric.

  • Shipping rates

    I’m not sure if I’m going crazy but I feel like the shipping rate might have gone up, before to ship a flare rate box through rollo it was the same price Etsy would offer but now it’s a couple dollars more than the Etsy price.
    But the app itself works nicely it’s easy to connect to your Etsy account and print labels even with out a rollo printer. But I might be shopping around for shipping prices now that I’ve noticed this as a small businesses trying to provide the cheapest shipping possible to attract customers is important to be competitive these days.
