Makes shipping so easy
Love being able to make shipping labels from my phone and schedule pick ups. Since starting to use the app I’ve noticed it’s come a long way. Should I ever have a problem, I feel good knowing I can contact support quickly or read the help documents. Keep up the good work Rollo!!Musicmichaelh
Expensive JUNK!!!!!
I am so frustrated with this Rollo wireless printer. I had it for a month. CAN’T return it now. The app on my ipad and iPhone does not connect. Then I tried to connect it to my Amazon Seller account. It doesn’t work. Oh another thing - When you connect it to your laptop, it only prints pdfs shipping labels. There is no option in settings for barcode labels. So the barcode labels that I purchased was also a huge waste of money. PIECE of CRAP!!!Show lessChichijohn
Login
Can’t even login to the Ship Manager. The printer is already setup on my network and works great. So I hit “skip to shop manager login”. Put in my creds and it just sits there. There’s no login button after that and it does nothing.gabeyider
App Glitches
The app demands a weight for USPS priority flat rate boxes. It is already auto populated at 70 lbs. Can’t proceed to create the label.Ionotropic
Can’t even use app
I can’t even get past login because it asks me to verify my email, but when I click the verify link in my email it brings me back to same app pages that asks me to verify email. Rollo support suggestion for this is to reinstall the app. I did. Still doesn’t worktam woo
App Really Stinks

Frustrating and anxiety inducing
I have the same issue with another reviewer- the app worked like a dream until a week later when I’m just sitting at a white screen. I tried to delete and re-download but now it won’t take my login info…now I’m scrambling to get orders out on timekonfuzedkid
Terrible connections to Shopify and Etsy
Loved the idea of having Shopify and Etsy orders combine into one app to print shipping labels. Unfortunately, the app requires you to log into the service each time and then wait forever for it to import your order. I pre purchased shipping credits and now I’m stuck not being able to use them.mwisnie5
