Should have listened to the reviews before buying the printer!
I’m stuck in an endless loop of “sign in, we sent a verification email” info to the email and click verify and it makes me sign in and verify again and again and again. Of course no answer from support either. This is hurting my small business as I can’t ship orders until this gets resolved!Kaseykasey22

New Update has made what was once easy, frustrating.
The old layout was perfect. Every easy to do exactly what the printer is intended to do. The new update makes modify presets more difficult, you can’t create labels now without phone numbers, and usps shipping options no longer show due to not being able to set the shipment date prior to the options.
