Expensive Paperweight
Their influencer program specifically states you’re not allowed say anything negative about them online which is code for there are problems. Let’s not talk about them.
1) This thing only prints in black and white. Zero color so completely useless.
2) Print sheets of paper with ink for MUCH cheaper.
3) Have to connect printer every time you use it.
4) Doesn’t print all font
5) Isn’t aligned properly and will print outside of bleed zone running off label.

Best thermal printer
I’ve had others, but this hands down is the best. No laptop computer required. Just a cell phone and your good to go!TattooShrimp
Never works

Completely frustrating
It doesn’t work. After using once you need to reset and connect to wifi and Bluetooth again and again. Printing default doesn’t work. It just make me angry!!!nesi748395
Android version is less polished but functional
Running this app on iOS and have had more issues in the past few months versus years of use on android. iOS is noticeably more polished, but functionality can be frustrating when something simple such as processing a handful of shipping labels locks up or requires work arounds. I spent 20 minutes completing a 5 minute task. I see nothing while writing this review but the cursor keeps progressing, I have no idea if this will even be posted as text or a blank review. Running this app on iOS and have had more issues in the past few months versus years of use on android. iOS is noticeably more polished, but functionality can be frustrating when something simple such as processing a handful of shipping labels locks up or requires work arounds. So frustrating!!
This printer and app are so frustrating to use! If you manage to successfully connect your Rollo printer to your Wi-Fi with this app, then you've accomplished quite a feat. I’ve never had a more difficult time trying to get my printer hooked up to my Wi-Fi than I’ve had with this Rollo app and printer! Every single time I manage to get to the setup where I then put my Wi-Fi password in, it always tells me I have an invalid password when I know for a fact the password is correct. Rollo… for how expensive this printer was, you guys really need to get it together and fix this problem!Show lessRiahVM
Won’t let me log in
Ran into bug where I was able to login thru verification. I decided to update the app and it prompted me to login again. When email verifying, the verification screen wouldn’t change anymore. Instead it locked me out and wouldn’t let me sign in anymore.Tezzyr
