Returned printer. Horrible software and support
Printer was printing poorly. I went through their support page and it didn’t include required drivers or correct info for the wireless printer. I had to contact support for the drivers then for other steps. In addition you are required to purchase at least $15 to create any type of label.Marcoz087
App is to Crapp
Most frustrating ship station I’ve ever used to complete the most simple of processes. Almost always end up shipping through other means because the crApp is completely inoperable, irritable trashHOW IS THIS LEGAL
Mobil App
I would give the ROLLO a 5 star because I can use it from my desktop, laptop and iPad. I can’t use the Mobil app because it won’t allow me to to use or see any features but “Welcome Back…Contact Rollo Support”. Then when I push that feature I can chat with support. I want to utilize the features that are additional to Rollo support on my IPhone but there are no addition options to select. Therefore the Rollo app doesn’t work on my iPhone.Show lessYBaby2
App is frustratingly buggy
Started off issue free, but a few months ago the printer stopped printing from the app. Called tech support and their solution? Reconnect the printer. For. Every. Label. Irritating but we only have 1 selling channel that NEEDS the app, so we just printed from the web pages for the others. As of yesterday, the app is now refusing to even pull the orders from the selling channel it claims it’s connected to. I can see my orders on the selling channel’s website, but the app says it’s connected and I have no orders. For as expensive as this printer is, I’ve had a lot fewer issues with the $30 Brother it replaced.Show lessTechnicalmanns
