FREEZES !!
Not acceptable for an app to freeze when peoples’ livelihoods depend on shipping out packages on time… FIX THIS ROLLO !! Spent $300 on a printer that is now just a paper weight.. USELESS.OceanWave222
More then frustrating
Up until today haven’t had any issues with the app except for sometimes not connecting to the printer via Bluetooth but that’s an easy fix. Today I go to print out labels for orders and have a blank white screen! So I remove the app and reload it and it seems to work until I put my login info. Now it’s a blank white screen again! Ugh! So frustrating especially when you are trying to get labels printed for orders to go today!Show lessMrs Yardbird
Worked once, now can’t log in
I get an error loading welcome settings message each time I try to log on. Back to using desktop version on mobile.STLElecTech
Good, not great. But gets the job done
Overall, I have been very satisfied with my printer, I opted to go with the wireless one and I am glad I did. Shipping to it is very easy, and since I use Poshmark mostly right now, the labels gave me a bit of trouble in the beginning, but I figured out that if you zoom in on the label and then screenshot, it prints much cleaner and crisp. I know this is for the app, and not the printer, but overall, good app, wish Poshmark was integrated, but still works just fine.Show lessYaknow 444
