    Don’t use this company. Had them for two years and they banned my account for no reason and kept the money. They are scammers don’t waste your time. Update: They respond and claim people have violated policies but can’t explain which policies are violated, I’ve emailed them already and never received a response. Also check out the other customers on Reddit and on Apple store reviews that have had the same issue, no violations just banned accounts and stolen money. This is also why they’ve turned off their google reviews because all the recent ones were horrible. Don’t be duped, stay away from Rollo! Save your money and your business.

    Hi there! Accounts are suspended for violating terms of service or carrier policies. Rollo provides an appeal process. Regarding your funds, please refer to the suspension email for how you can receive the funds back.
  • Horrible.

    After over a year of using the Rollo App and Rollo printer, I can confidently say it is THE most frustrating part of running my business that I have EVER experienced. Not a week goes by without an issue in either the app or with the printer itself. $300+ waste of my money, time and energy. Constant headache & frustration is an understatement.

    Thank you for your feedback. Rollo Customer Support will assist you in isolating this case. Resetting your Rollo Printer daily is not normal and we must isolate the issue by checking on all factors including your Wi-fi network. Also, please load your labels properly to ensure that calibration is performed correctly.
  • Very unimpressed

    After going through the rigmarole of getting all signed up, I just wanted to check the rates on a package i may want sent, and I couldn’t believe the prices that Rollo quoted me. For a package that I was quoted $62 to ship on another discount shipping site, Rollo quoted me $130 for the same package. I don’t know how anyone could possibly afford to ship using this app.

    Ky Cam, Thank you for your feedback. Rollo provides the lowest prices across USPS and UPS among any shipping platform. We would be happy to check the shipment quote for you to ensure you didn't have signature, insurance, or other premium feature enabled which can cause the price to increase. If comparing apples to apples, shipping prices via Rollo will be the same or cheaper.
  • Rollo will cancel your account and keep your money.

    On my second printer with them as the old one was junk, the new one barely better.

    The big problem is Rollo will cancel your account, no contact, for reasons they will not tell you. There is no live person support and their email agents don’t know why accounts are canceled.

    So now I’m out the cost of a printer and they’re keeping the $200 funds in my account.

    Use any service OTHER than Rollo. Crappiest service and they are thieves.

Additionally, Rollo printers can be used without the need of the Rollo Ship. Also, Account Suspension concerns due to violation of Rollo's Terms of Service is handled by Rollo's Fraud Team. You can challenge this by submitting an appeal.
  • Won’t allow me to print a label

    It keeps saying Input Validation Error: CreateshipmentDTO: City must be not empty

    But I’ve redone the address 5 times now, they’re verified and it still comes up with this error. Also when I tried shipping with USPS and made an account through the app, it still wouldn’t let me ship with them

  • DO NOT GET THIS APP!

    Total rip off
    I signed up for the “free trial period”
    Tried to ship a package to VIRGINIA!!!
    And their site had it going to NEVADA???

    I fortunately only put $30 into the account
    My package had to get shipped via local UPS NOT THROUGH THIS APP

    Now they tell me to submit a form but my account has been SUSPENDED!!!
    And I cannot access the form

    They better not charge me any more $
    All I want is them to CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND REFUND MY $30

    Nope…. They just keep messaging me to fill out the freaking form WHICH I CANNOT ACCESS!!!!!

    Just cancel my account and never charge me anything ever again!

    Just refund my $30!!!!
    So glad I didnt put more than $30 in there

  • Worst app and bad customer services

    For days I have been asking for help from customer services and no one was able to help me and they kept saying they don’t know.
  • Horrible return product if haven’t used

    I cant even use properly always having errors with connection and it not printing having to waste so much of my time
